فندق رائع نظيف خدمات متكاملة العاملين متعاونين وفرندلى جدا وكل الشكر لافراد الروم سيرفيس وعلى راسهم استاذ احمد الطعام جيد جدا والشيفات على اعلى مستوى وتحيه لهم جميعا وعلى راسهم الشيف محمد سامى والمتفانى الشيف رافت اشوفكم الاجازة الجايه ان شاء الله

Güzel bir tatil geçirdik, güzel bir otel, personel iyi yardımsever sıcak kanlı insanlar, güzel bir tatil geçirdim, çok sayıda havuz var, deniz kenarında, iskelesi var, şehir merkezine her akşam 1930 ve 22.30 da dönen ücretsiz otelin servisi var, gündüz güneslenip akşam bu servisten faydalanabirirsınız..1149 katında oda temizliği yapan çalışan, çok güzel yatak yapıyordu., standart oda olmasına rağmen odaya geldiğimizde yatakları çok güzel sisliyorsu. Çok memnun kaldık. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmek isteriz.

مبدأيا الفندق حلو وروحه حلوة بعد كده بقي الريسبشن حلوين ومعاملتهم شيك وذوق جدا .. الاكل حلو وخصوصا العيش 🙈 والمطعم نفسه والستاف كله كلله جميل بجد البسين والفريق الترفيهي ناس حلوة جدا وخفيفه ولذيذه الاوضه حلوة وسيرفس حلو وكله تمام لنا لقاء آخر ان شاء الله ♥️

I write this review after a week of cooling off & consideration. (I stayed at Rixos from Feb 14 to Feb 28th) And I can not praise the place strongly enough. The facilities range from exceptional to adequate, the options available for food are varied and above average to good. After a mixup by our travel agents, we arrived a day earlier than the hotel expected us, and spent several hours until the issue was resolved, made very welcome in reception even as some of our party become frustrated. If you find yourself in Egypt, count yourself lucky to stay at one, but enjoy two wonderful resorts with helpful, friendly staff. There really is no need to leave to have an exceptional holiday. I would also like to extend my thanks to the wonderful staff. From the gardeners, maintenance staff, cleaners and drivers, to the reception and service staff to the recreation staff and entertainers I had a thoroughly positive and enjoyable experience. Professional and helpful but with a sense of fun. Habibi! I will particularly praise the beach bar for welcoming and entertaining this mad Brit with his constant request for ”a surprise!” That said, I think the best of places appreciate constructive feedback. (and I hope at least some of my praise is passed on to the fabulous staff at Rixos!) * Some staff will mishear you. They are always ready to correct any error or help with any request, but as a Brit I am wildly uncomfortable correcting anybody making an honest mistake. The only time I was frustrated with this was during check out when I was brought a green tea despite trying to repeat my request for a black tea several times, I was simply asked to go and sit down and that he had heard me. He had obviously not :P * The music is not varied. While I enjoyed much of the entertainment and danced a lot... I would appreciate more variety. My musical tastes are wide, but ”nightclub music” is probably my least favourite variety, and it dominates. Rock music or retro pop (anything from the 70s right through to contemporary) would have been much appreciated, and I don't think I'm alone in that feeling, with the popularity of the Queen show, and other pop music (the dance floor filled when Bruno Mars came on!) * Afternoon tea. (and tea in general) I thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea for the variety of snacks and the pleasant service (much love to the host who endured us most days for 2 weeks!) BUT tea served in pots was always too weak. The same amount of leaves for a pot as are offered for a single cup do not suffice! Milk is also typically forgotten (I know it is not a popular drink outside of the UK so this is NOT a harsh criticism of the staff. Simply something to note when teaching staff how to serve tea. Always offer milk with black tea! Black tea is the variety of tea, it is not the same as asking for a black coffee, which I think causes the confusion) * Cocktails vary in quality VERY widely, but the staff are wonderful fun and will happily fulfil any requests.

فندق سوليمار نعمة باي من افضل فنادق شرم الشيخ نبدأ بالاستقبال والتسكين موظفين الريسبشن استقبالهم رائع وحقيقى هما ف منتهى الزوق حابة اشكرهم جدا والتسكين تم ف اقل من نص ساعة من وصولنا تقيمي لنظافة الغرف ١٠/٧تقيمى للطعام ١٠/١٠ الاكل متنوع والطعم ممتاز والاستف بتوع المطعم بجد شكرا ليهم جدا جدا بشوشين جدا وقمة ف الزوق والاخلاق مهتمين جدا بارضاء كل النزلاء وشكرا للشيف الحادق والحلو لان حقيقى الاتنين كانو ممتازين ونضافة الاكل لا يعلى عليها تقيمى للبول ١٠/١٠ البول دايما نضيف وتقيمي للشاطئ ١٠/١٠ شاطئ كالميرا ف نعمة حقيقى من افضل شواطئ شرم الشيخ شاطئ رملي ومليان اسماك لو بتحبو تتفرجو التجربة كلها ف المجمل نالت اعجابنا جدا وكانت ممتعة واكيد هنكررها تاني الفيو بتاع الغرف البول فيو تحفة والجاردن فيو تحفة برضو لانك بتبقى شايف البحر من بعيد عيب الفندق الوحيد فريق الانيمشن ضعيف شبه مفيش حفلات بيعملو حفلات لكن ضعيفة

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

Arrived very late, hot and cold food available before going to our room. On waking the next day we saw that we had been given a garden view room although we had paid for a side sea view room,we decided to stay put as we were quite happy with the location. What a beautiful place. All staff couldn’t do enough for you wether tipped or not. They work so hard and will do anything to help. Really happy with the food choices. The a la carte restaurants were great, in fact we went to the Indian restaurant 4 times. Mohammed and staff were very attentive, and the best Nan breads we’ve tasted. Lots of beach areas,we used the adults only beach. Snorkelling from the jetty was fantastic and we did this every day Pools lovely and clean. We used the adults only pool, the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve been on. We really enjoyed this holiday that we had with our friends. We would definitely return in fact I’ve already been looking for next year. Get yourself booked up,you won’t be disappointed.

الفندق ممتاز جدا بجد و من افضل و انضف الفنادق الي زرتها ، مع العلم ان زياراتي كلها لفنادق كبيرة زي شتايجنبرجر و صن رايز و چاز ، الستاف كله ممتاز من اول الرييبشن الاستاذ احمد الجريسي اللي استقبلنا بمنتهى اللطف و تعاون معانا جدا في التسكين عشان احنا كنا ٤ غرف و الاستاذ اسامه طبعا مدير الفندق كان في غاية الود و الاحترام و التعاون في كل شئ ، كمان الناس المحترمة اللي في الهاوس كيبينج الراجل سعيد الضوي المحترم كان مساعدنا في كل احتياجتنا ، دي اول مرة اعمل ريڤيو بس عشان اتبسطت جدا منهم قررت اكتب الريڤيو ده، طبعا ناهيك عن الخدمة و المطاعم اللي في كل حتة و حمامات السباحة و الاكوا و الانيميشن تيم و كل شيء الصراحة زياراتي القادمة كلها في الباتروس بالاس ان شاء الله

An incredible resort with clean rooms, beautiful views and lovely staff. Everything you need is available at the resort from shops to SPA facilities and activities (some of which are at extra cost e.g. boat tours and water sports). Definitely recommend snorkelling (free but need to bring your own equipment, which you can also buy at the resort shop) as the coral reefs are breathtaking with colourful fish swimming everywhere. The pools are very nice and Ahmed by the heated pool was absolutely lovely. The food was very tasty with various theme nights and lots of choices in general. Everyone from the chefs to the waiters was super accommodating and the service was very fast. La Casa pizza restaurant and Calamari seafood place both had delicious food and fantastic staff. Special thanks to pizza restaurant manager Khaled who took extra care to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Ramy from the Lobby Bar also deserves a mention as he made the most beautiful cocktails and always had a big smile face on his face. Overall, could not recommend this resort enough and would like to thank all the staff once again for making our stay special.
