是家不錯的酒店，值得推薦，早餐不錯，房間的面積足夠用，床的品質很好，而且很温馨的給延遲了退房時間，唯一就是位置有點遠，必須自駕，距離機場開車至少需要2個小時。

很棒！山頂上，裝修很豪華，自助晚餐30當地幣/位。

المكان جدا مريح بالنسبة للعائلات وفيه أنشطة داخليه ركوب الدبابات و الخيل المكان آمن و مريح و تعامل العاملين جدا لطيف و خصوصا سيمور متعهد الدبدبات يوجد ارانب ويستطيعون الاطفال ان يوكلونهم و ضمن الانشطة بولينج بلياردو و يستطيع الاطفال أن يلعبو في منطقه مخصصه لهم

Mənzərəsi yerləşdiyi yer mükəmməl idi. Entertainment proqramları çox geniş idi. Uşaqlar üçün əyləncə, canlı musiqi, Dj music, Shooting ve Bowling coox bəyəndim. Dovşan olan yer isə insana sakitlik gətirir) Otaqlarda çox geniş idi.

Super xidmet, ela keyfiyyet, eylence dolu bayram tetili. Artiq 2 ci defe idi Shamakhi otelde qonaq olduq. Her sey mohtesem idi. Xususen Eylence proqrami. Röyal beye gosterdiyi diqqet ucun minnetdariq. 🙏 Gun boyu eylence novleri vaxtimizin nece kecdiyini hiss etdirmedi. Kids entertainment, Panda show, live music 👍👍👍👍👍

We were absolutely not expecting such a beautiful place abd excellent hospitality. Pictures do not so justice to the place. We loved it so much that we returned for a second time during our very short 5 days visit to azerbaijan . We will definitely be returning again to this place whenever we visit azerbaijan again. Thanks to the staff specially Miragha at the front desk (hope I am spelling his name correctly) and the general manager Mr. Suleman. My only regret was that I was not able to use the dpa facilities as those are not separated by gender. Main corridors that connect the separate rooms are mixed gender, hence not suitable for those who seek a more separate experience. But despite this I will still come back to the hotel. If the management could work on this then perhaps it will add more to ots charm.

My recent stay at the Shamakhi Palace Sharadil in July 2024 was a blend of both remarkable experiences and a few disappointments. Here’s a detailed account of my visit: Pros: 1. Luxurious Old-Fashioned Vibe: The hotel exudes an elegant, old-world charm. The decor and ambience transport you to a bygone era, making the stay feel special and unique. 2. Cleaning: The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a pristine environment. 3. Delicious Meals: The dining experience at the hotel was top-notch. The meals were gourmet quality, with a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary requirements. 4. Reactive to Issues: The staff was very responsive to any problems or concerns raised. They made genuine efforts to address issues promptly and efficiently. 5. Ideal Location: The hotel's location is ideal for travellers, situated directly next to the Baku-Shamakhi-Yevlakh highway, a 20-minute drive from Shamakhi city and a 90-minute drive from Baku. This makes it very convenient for those arriving by car and planning to explore the surrounding area. 6. Hiking Opportunities: For nature enthusiasts, the hotel offers excellent hiking opportunities in the nearby forest. The trails are well-marked and offer a refreshing escape into nature. On the way there you can come across bunny farms, horse riding opportunities, and shooting ranges. 7. Great Air Quality: Since the hotel is surrounded by a mountain and forests, you can enjoy fresh dry air even during summer months while other regions, including the capital, are subject to sweltering heat. Cons: 1. Late Check-In Time: The check-in time at 15:00 felt a bit late. It would be more convenient for guests if it were earlier, at least 14:00 which is more common. 2. One Key Card Given: The policy of providing only one key card per room was inconvenient, especially for couples or families who might need to access the room separately. 3. Odd Location of Cafeteria: The cafeteria's location within the hotel was somewhat awkward since it requires passing through the arcade to access it. 4. Bathroom Issues: In our room on the 4th floor, the bathroom had several problems. The sink and drainage in the shower were faulty, and there were noticeable rust stains on the tiles. 5. Worn Out and In Need of Renovation: The hotel has clearly seen better days. Some areas are quite worn out and would greatly benefit from renovation to restore their former glory. As we’ve been told, some background renovations have been completed in 2024 and the visual refurbishments will be carried out after the end of this season. 6. Non-Meal Items Lack Labels: Non-meal items like dairy products did not have labels on them, making it difficult to know exactly what was being served. 7. Shallow Pool: The pool, which features water slides, is only 80 cm deep. This depth is suitable for children but too shallow for teens to enjoy fully. Despite these d

Shamakhi Palace our favorit Hotel. Especially the hotel Entertainment was great. Children love to rest here and it was very intresting for them. Kids dance, face art, games and ect. Entertainment facilities. Restourant food also was delicious.

What a fantastic experience! From the warm welcome at the reception by Shenaz to the delightful kids' entertainment provided by Sabrina, everything was simply wonderful. Breakfast & dinner had plenty of options & was zestful! I highly recommend it!

We arrived at the hotel quite late, yet the staff was exceptionally accommodating. It was my birthday, and to our delight, they surprised us with a cake, which added a special touch to our stay. The hotel offers 24/7 in-room dining, which was convenient for our late arrival. Since we checked in at midnight, the hotel graciously extended our checkout time by two hours, which was extremely helpful after a long journey. In the morning, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Shabnam, who provided excellent guidance in planning our day. Her assistance was invaluable and greatly enhanced our experience. Overall, the hotel’s service exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the thoughtful gestures and attentiveness of the staff.

A good place for a family vacation. It was our second time here and plan to return again... Prices are affordable, weather is comfortable and the nature is beautiful ... Outside pool is big enough and inside one is also nice... Good is tasty and rooms are big...
