This is our first choice of hotels in Shenyang. The management is excellent, and it shows in how the staff do their jobs and how they treat customers. It is always a pleasure to interact with the competent, efficient staff at the front desk. The kitchen staff prepare an excellent breakfast and are always friendly and welcoming even during the busiest times. Housekeeping on the eighth floor, especially Ms. Liu, made sure our rooms were spotless, comfortable and fully stocked with water and toiletries. She would regularly inquire whether we needed anything else during our stay. Overall, the hotel is clean and welcoming.
