Hotel is conveniently located in Huaqiang electronics area. Room was big and clean. There was free sumptuous breakfast available. Hotel was staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Recommended!

Took us awhile to find this hotel since it was located within a tall building. However people around are nice to help to direct us. Check-in was fast and easy and I could communicate with the recep through wechat for any request or housekeeping. The recep was able to reply quickly and they are available for 24 hrs! We had some issue with the hot water on the first night and the weather was chilly at night. Contacted the recep and was directed properly to adjust the heating temp in the toilet. All in all, the room is huge with 4 double beds which my kids could sleep comfortably on and service is great! Will definitely stay here again if we were to visit shenzhen!

Besides the understandable language barrier, the staff was very friendly. Location was hard to access and find by car, even by people from Shenzhen. Walk to a metro station was adventure, as it's legal for electric mopeds to drive on sidewalks, and there are hundreds of them around you. The good subway network makes access to anywhere in Shenzhen very easy. Breakfast had a good choice of food that updates daily. The biggest bottleneck in the hotel was having a single elevator serving 12 floors, used by guests as well as staff. Once, around 11:30 PM, we even had to wait for half an hour due to maintenance. That was the night we were rushing to the hotel to pack for early morning flight :(
