im the family from HK. even the price is not cheap, but reasonable. very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. the room is very clean with everything good support. the room is clean, no odd smell, everything is tidy even the floor is very very clean. the swimming pool is the very icon of this hotel. Loving it. you must come and swim, the view is great and the water is very clean. very recommended super five stars hotel. thanks Hotel giving me a memorable experience, hope will come again.

Check-in was a little underwhelming. Door staff gave up rolling the luggage midway from the door to the front desk, claiming that the luggage was too heavy. Front desk staff seemed confused about whether there were available rooms; we only managed to get checked in after approaching another front desk staff after 10-15 minutes.i Room was basic and therefore underwhelming for the price (and even below par compared to some of the lower cost local hotels). Ceiling area where the air conditioning was had mold, and TV was an old model. Saving grace was the view - there was a good view of Window of the Park, and the bed, which was very comfortable. The gym was well equipped and also had a steam room (though this was not 24/7 unlike the rest of the gym). Swimming pool was outdoors and large though subject to air quality and not heated. The spa was too pricey for the standard of service. Hotel itself has a direct connection to the next-door mall, which also has a direct connection to the Window by the Park (世界之窗） metro station. The mall has plenty of dining options.

A great place for a quick stay. There were some issues with the cleanness of the bed sheets but the guy at the reception quickly dealt with it. The location is awesome, close to the metro station, there’s a shopping mall in three min walking, where you can grab a cup of coffee or have lunch. The view was magnificent especially at night.

總體來説很滿意哈 位置：來深圳旅遊的住着完全沒問題，世界之窗、歡樂谷、錦綉中華村全部步行可達到，方便～附近吃飯的選擇也多，假期出行也沒多大影響！ 服務：很贊，前台即使在滿房的情況下也能快速辦理入住，服務態度也很好，感謝前台彭小歡小姐姐～ 衞生：房間空間還蠻大，傢俱不多有點空，洗澡水很熱很舒服，床也蠻舒服，房間自帶備用被子，方便～ 早餐：還不錯，有粿條、麪條、雲吞，粥的選擇也多，煎餅果子很熱門排隊很長～

Kerana ada persembahan di Pusat Seni Huaxia, saya memilih hotel ini. Ia hanya 3 minit berjalan kaki. Stesen kereta api bawah tanah juga dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki. Sanitasi di dalam bilik adalah baik, bersih dan kemas, dan tikar tandas pakai buang diletakkan Katilnya kering dan lembut, dan tilamnya tidak terlalu lembut. Kerana ia agak jauh dari jalan raya, anda tidak perlu risau tentang bising pada waktu malam. Sebutan khas kepada kakitangan meja depan Xiao Zhu, seorang gadis yang lembut dan lembut yang menaik taraf jenis bilik saya apabila dia melihat saya bersama anak-anak saya bila-bila masa. The reom size is acceptable, but the bed layout make it hard to move the luggage. Toilet and show is sepretate and the bath tub room is assigned near the elevator. Only only elevator in the hotel and take some times to wait. The hotel entrance is just by the street at upper level, where we miss and enter the restaurant which no light which is at the basement. There are pop up shop and restaurants in the close by area and very convenient to explore the surround area.

New hotel so all facilities new, good and clean. Drop off is convenient as car or taxi can just enter and drop you off at Hotel doorstep. There's a nice, mini bar area next to reception to wait or chill with a cup of Chinese tea. Hotel also provides a good range of complimentary drinks e.g. Chinese version of coke, sprite, orange soda etc. in each room. Good service. Reception will provide information on nearby places to visit, eateries and transportation etc. They are also understanding and flexible to cater to customer's needs or requests. Located is excellent. Just a short walk and there's ample choices for local eateries, restaurants, supermarkets etc. About 15-20 mins walk to nearest 白石洲 MTR which is on Line 1 where most attractions are and only 1 stop away from Windows of the World. Overall a good experience. Air con and sound proofing can be improved to better cater for light sleepers.

The hotel is close to the subway station and the Window of the World. The room I stayed in was on the second floor, which was a bit noisy because there were many restaurants downstairs.

Nice location, near a lot of eateries and also scenic shoreline (went jogging). Super comfortable bed. Very clean room. Toilet comes with bidet! Which is very rare in China. Breakfast is also delicious, noodle soup comes with meatballs!
