A little gem in the heart of qianhai. Close to big shopping malls and it is just opposite Conrad Hotel. Enjoyed the spectacular view of the city centre.

Hotel is located about 5 min away from the metro station. There are many eating places around except a supermarket, which I found inconvenient. People at the front desk were helpful, and the person at the entrance always greeted us no matter how bad the weather was. Hotel is clean in general, but I did find some stains on the sofa and the carpet. The toilet at the hotel was the worst part, as they were still using the old style and was hard to flush. Fortunately, the technical staff was efficient to help.

Really enjoyed my stay here, clean and convenient, the location was perfect for my work trip, Josie at the front desk gave me a free late check out, the staff is super polite and helpful even if I had some requests, the hotel gym was great used it every day, overall 6/5

The room was clean. Good location, within walking distance to eateries and shopping malls. Laundry facilities available for free on level 3. Breakfast spread is ok.

The choice of food, especially western type, at the breakfast session can be more diverse in the 4/F canteen. Supply of hot water and different types of tea bags should be included. There are 2 coffee making machines in the canteen. I saw one of these coffee making machines was not working for two days and the signal on the machine showed "缺豆" but the staff did not know how to deal with it such that there was a long queue waiting for coffee.

The toilet is broken and the room is very old with an unpleasant smell, won’t choose this apartment again.
