Great! Everything is same as described in the booking page. There are many eateries around yet not as crowdy nor noisy as other districts e.g. Huaqiangbei. Will book again

Located near metro Gangxia station. Exit C is closed, so use Exit B, when you going out from the exit B, make a U-turn, actually the apartment is located opposite the main road. Next to the Construction Bank. The apartment is small but clean.

There is best location in the city. Near a subway station, in the city center.

Great location and clean apartment rooms but just in front of the balcony there was a construction site working during night hours and rooms windows are not very good soundproofing.

This apartment hotel is very well located right next to subway and in the city center. The checkin process was very easy and quick, you get into the elevator to the 10th floor of the building B to the room 1019 room for checkin. The room was pretty spacious and tidy, nothing to complain about…

Everything was smooth. I like this place very much. Stuff was very helpful as well. Only one minus. It was a little noisy in the evening. You can hear your neighbors.

Gym was not available. The apt looks similar to photos and the front desk is helpful. Balcony is nice. You have to sign in downstairs and you need to know Chinese . No English available.

Good location though you will have to cross the road to reach the hotel. But very convenient as it is just next to the metro station. Love the little attached balcony.

Great location but hard to decide what area is actually best to stay in Shenzhen This was central to all 3 areas though, and right above Gangxia Station on metro line 1 that links the 3 main areas so easy enough to travel from the hotel / central in a way Room was very clean and looked almost brand new Convenient to have a washing machine and kitchenette Very comfortable There was construction nearby so sometimes some noise from this but not too disturbing to my stay but just a note I had trouble finding the entrance as the check in is on the 10th floor You enter from the first door on the street to the left of the building (from main road facing the building)

Visiting first time for china was very amazing this hotel was same as shown in photo the rooms & cleanliness. Location i would rate it 10/10 because it is almost 100mtr only from gangxia subway station. Hotel service and housekeeping was very amazing the reception guys are very helpful plus we had all amenities like cooking stove , centralised AC & 24hrs hot water facilities. Would definitely visit this hotel again on my shenzen trip because it is only one metro station away from the worlds biggest electronics market Thank you for hosting😀

You will need advanced instructions on checking in as there are no labels on the building (a brand new condo!) Enter via (Block B) entrance no.1 - B1. Level 10 Unit 19 - #10-19 Its very clean, very new. Other than new construction around the area. There’s no comparison for its proximity to the convention centre. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Mode of communication is predominantly in mandarin and via wechat. For non mandarin speaking customers, it may pose a little challenge in navigating your way.
