Shenzhen T Hotel ( Nanshan Science & Technology Park)

Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you. The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you. Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy. Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

I recently stayed here, and overall, my experience was just okay. The hotel has potential, but there’s room for improvement, particularly in the area of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I found an item of clothing (an underwear) left in the washing machine, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from this issue, the rest of the stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate, but the hotel staff needs to pay more attention to maintaining cleanliness to enhance the guest experience.

Satisfied overall with stay here. Front desk or lobby is extremely messy they don’t really care to look organized. Robots moving about frequently. Will be back probably.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at T Hotel in Shenzhen! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. One of the most charming touches was their special Christmas setup, complete with cookies, apples, headbands, and even sunglasses—it was such a thoughtful detail that our family loved. The staff were also fantastic with kids, always responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of four, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were in the heart of everything, with the metro just a short walk away. However, as a family, we often used Didi, which was super cheap and convenient. The hotel also has a laundry area, which was a big plus for us. Nearby, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back soon! Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Shenzhen.
