Lokasinya mudah, pengangkutannya mudah, anda boleh melihat Sky Tree dan Jambatan Agatsuma apabila anda membuka tingkap, dan anda boleh pergi ke Kaminarimon dan Kuil Sensoji dalam beberapa langkah sahaja! Terdapat begitu banyak tempat untuk makan dan membeli-belah berdekatan. Ia sangat mudah untuk pergi ke tarikan utama Tokyo dengan MRT!

Lalu lintas sangat mudah. ​​Stesen kereta api terletak di seberang jalan, dan mengambil masa satu jam untuk sampai ke Lapangan Terbang Narita. Jalan pengasingan ialah jalan beli-belah Asakusa. Terdapat kedai serbaneka dan kedai ubat di tingkat bawah dari hotel.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat baik, ia mudah untuk perjalanan, sarapan paginya agak mewah, tarikan dan restoran berdekatan berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki, disyorkan!

Location is very good next to Nakamise street and not far from Sensoji temple and Dongky , clean and neat new hotel & room, toilet is superior other hotel recent to stay here when I visit Tokyo next time

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan! The service attitude is very poor! There is a disgusting and strange smell in the 403 room (the stench of suspected to be someone smoking *****) The hotel manager bullies foreigners, knowing that there are other room types available(smaller room type than ours) but deliberately saying that no room can be changed! We check-in at about 5:00 on February 2nd, and we booked a comfort twin room. Even though I have written in advance to inform hotel that I hope to arrange a room on the high floor, the hotel still said that there is no high floor and we are arranged in Room 403. I didn't expect that there was a very unpleasant smell when room 403 was opened (it felt like someone was smoking ***** in the room). Even if the window and air purifier were opened, the smell could not be dissipated. We immediately reported the stench to the counter immediately. The counter sent someone to our room, saying that it did smell, but there was no vacant room and there was no way to change it. But obviously there are still twin room B and triple room types on the website! The staff was lying at all! They just didn’t want to deal with it ! They said they can only help us clean the room the next day. Let's see if there is any smell. We immediately asked to change the room tomorrow. The manager's face was very bad, saying that there would be no room tomorrow, only the fifth floor. Obviously, people haven't checked in the next day. How can there be no rooms? In the end, we were forced to stay in Room 403, which was full of smell. The smell in the room was so strong that I got up the next day, and the pajamas I changed were full of stench! I think the hotel is very clear about the stench of Room 403, but it still continues to let guests stay in this room (especially foreigners). When you find the stench, they will use the excuse of all room are full to make you helpless. Ps. It's no problem for our fifth floor the next day, but the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not strong enough, and it smells stuffy and damp. 這間我在日本住過最爛的飯店！服務態度超差！ 房間有噁心的怪臭味（疑似有人吸食毒品的臭味）  飯店人員擺爛完全不處理！根本欺負外國人！ 我們2/2當天約5:00左右check-in, 預定的是comfort twin room 即便我提前已經寫信告知希望可以安排高樓層的房間，飯店仍然告知沒有高樓層，我們被安排在403號房 沒想到403房間打開就有一種非常難聞的味道（感覺是有人在房間內吸食毒品），即便開了窗戶跟空氣清淨機味道也無法散去 我們馬上跟櫃台反應臭味的狀況， 櫃檯派人上來看了一下房間，表示的確有味道，但都沒有空房了沒有辦法更換 但明明網路上就還有twin room B 跟 triple room 房型！ 飯店人員根本在說謊！完全不想處理！ 他們說只能隔天幫我們清潔，我們再看看有沒有味道 我們馬上要求明天要換房間，經理臉很臭，表示明天也都沒房了，只有五樓 明明隔天的人都還沒check in 怎麼會也都沒房了？ 最後我們只能被迫住在充滿臭味的403號房 房間的味道重到我隔天起床，換下來的睡衣都充滿了臭味！ 我覺得飯店很清楚403號房臭味的狀況，但還是繼續讓客人住進去這間（特別是外國人，反正你也沒辦法），等你發現臭味再用滿房的理由擺爛讓你束手無策 Ps.我們隔天換到五樓的房間沒問題，但浴室的抽風機不太夠力，有悶悶濕氣的味道

Everything are good! Except for the laundry services onsite, there’s too little of machines (only level 7 & 11) totalling of 6 machines. May have to camp for the available machines for hours (estimate 3-4 hours).

Location is excellent. It is near by subway, many restaurants, many convenience store and Sensoji Temple.

Very good and convenient venue, nice and helpful staff, the room is big and I can open all of my luggage in the room😂. My family and I really enjoy the time when we stay at this hotel.

Comfy stay, Location is good, just beside asakusa and ginza line.

Good place to stay during vacation. All amenity is good grade. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are smelly and high quality.

Excellent service staff especially Miss Fujita mending the checkin counter. She has been very friendly, helpful by providing us with a lot of information, explained in detail about the hotel facilities and even recommended us to some site seeing locations in Asakusa. Hotel is in a very strategic location within the heart of Asakusa, accessible by 2 metro line, with great 7-11 just a few steps away from the hotel. Definitely going to repeat our stay there in the future.

The hotel was very clean and the location was great. Just next to the famous street and plenty of eateries. The room size was just nice for the 4 of us. Highly recommended for family with small kids. Downside is that their hotel lobby doesn't have a place for drop-off. As for the bathroom, there is no place to hang the towel.
