The hotel's location is excellent, and there's free parking available. I requested a quiet room at the front desk, and they arranged a high-floor room for me, which was quite peaceful. The service attitude was great, five-star rating, highly recommend!

The hotel's decor has a more traditional Chinese style. The room itself is quite spacious; for around 400 RMB, you get about 50 square meters. There's a sofa set, which is convenient if friends come to visit for tea. The value for money is pretty decent. The front desk lady's service attitude was very good, five-star review!

I always choose this hotel for my business trips. It's an established hotel with spacious rooms, convenient transportation, and plenty of dining options nearby. The service is also quite attentive. Most importantly, the price is really reasonable. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

The location of the hotel is great, just 2min walk to nearest MRT station. Also, 10min walk to 天虹shopping mall and alongside a lot of restaurants and cafe to dine in. The room is clean, furnitures a bit old and got yellowish stains on it. The Aircond was not functioning well, it is hot even though I set to low temperature, it need to be checked and fixed accordingly. Others is ok and not much problem to have a short stay here.

We have reported this to the engineering department to extend the air conditioning usage time. We are deeply sorry for giving you a bad experience.

The room was fully equipped, spacious, and had floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. The front desk service was excellent; I forgot my clothes in the room when I checked out, and the front desk contacted me and sent them to me by express delivery. Very helpful.

I was warmly welcomed upon entering the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. I had a very comfortable and reassuring stay. I will definitely come back next time!

I've stayed at this hotel dozens of times, but today was the first time I was disgusted. They asked me to pay 30 for a lost room card. Is this hotel's environment and service worth 30?

This stay was great! The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean, and the quality was evident in every detail. There were plenty of parking spaces, making parking super convenient. There were also free washing machines available, which was so thoughtful! The overall space was spacious and comfortable, highly recommended!
