T'he location was great near the train station. Big appartment with good quality for the Price. Spacious and comfortable. We really recommend It.

This hotel is nice and decent with good price for the traveling convenience. Especially the staff here are so nice and considerate. I totally recommend this hotel.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. *Positives: o Very nice 2 level, 2 bedroom, with kitchenette, fridge and laundry+ drying machines in the unit! o The AC's heat and cool efficiently and quietly! o The fridge is massive o The kitchenette functional o Very convenient entry via wechat message with all required codes (door code + Wi-Fi passcode) o Wi-Fi speed very good at 60-＞ 110 Mbps o On 17th floor or higher is quiet enough o Great location only 10 mins walk to high speed train and Metro of Shenzhen North station o staff is friendly and helpful o many restaurants in train station o Starbucks and McD is at east side of station ** Negatives o Other eating restaurants a bit far... o Wish they had exercise floor o one of toilets tends to smell a bit (lower floor)... Think it might be some plumbing o wish they might stock with few plastic ware ... Make more convenient for cooking and eating *** Overall great place, and great as base of operations and big thank you to staff!!

You will not find a better value place to stay in shenzhen. Close to railway station (shenzhen north) and subway station. The room is huge. It’s a loft apartment with two levels, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and living room with large screen tV. Easy check-in and very safe and modern building. Deliveries arrive to your front door on ground floor. I’m a frequent traveler, staying at least 3-4 times per month in any given city and this is definitely my new home in shenzhen.
