THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the entire team at Park Hyatt for making my recent two-night stay truly exceptional. I was greeted with warm smiles and a proactive approach to guest service that went above and beyond. Especially thankful to Kyna in locating our lost items, and to Anastasiia and Stacey for their outstanding hospitality. And appreciated Concierge Lenn's assistance with arranging courier services. While I regret not having the time to enjoy the pool this visit, I am eagerly looking forward to experiencing it on my next stay. Beautiful spaces all over the hotel: the rooms, the pool, the restaurants. A truly special place to stay!

Never send me back my 4000 rmb of deposit ! They promised me , it will be refund within 1 hours and after 10 hours no news and of course no refund !!!!

We booked this hotel for my marriage anniversary. The hotel provided satisfactory accommodation overall. The room was clean, and the food was of excellent quality. One specific instance comes to mind where additional context could have enhanced my stay. Upon check-in, I was unsure of what services and on-site amenities were available. Had the front desk staff taken a moment to proactively outline these details, it would have saved me time spent seeking information. Overall, we had an excellent stay in the hotel and would definitely consider revisiting.

Great service for all the staff, we enjoyed the lovely stay with our 5 year old son and also had a great indoor pool with indoor spa and steam and sauna

The location is excellent and the service is excellent! The ambience of the attic bar is nice. Overall, this is one of the best hotels in China.

My stay was a mix bag of experiences, we encounter a very helpful staff, Chris, when we check-in and he was very attentive to our needs and requests. However, as the stay progress, we didn’t experience the same level of care and attentiveness by the other staff. For example, after swimming and we bath at the changing room which was quite empty but a number of staff were present but none was offering their assistance to show us where the towels, slippers, etc were. Anyhow, since we recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen so perhaps we were expecting the same level of service but unfortunately this was not found.

Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .
