Ulasan voco Brisbane City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Good location, walkable to the CBD. The room is quite standard, it has a good view of the Brisbane River for the room type that we booked. The only unpleasant experience was that our friends (2 other families) checked in together with us but they were upgraded to a junior suite. We asked the front office staff why aren’t we being upgraded since we are in the same group, they said the upgrade is only for IHG members (which I am) but unfortunately I don’t get an upgrade since I booked via Trip.com.

Quite accessible within CBD, clean and affordable hotel. Especially quite good breakfast!

Amazing river view and view of the Ferris Wheel. Only downside is the room can be a bit dark after sunset.

I was in Brisbane for business and chose to stay at Voco Brisbane because it was near the conference I was required to attend. I had a great stay - staff were friendly and the rooms were a decent size. The view of the Brisbane river was also nice, particularly at sunrise. The hotel was conveniently located although the street was a little too secluded at night. But that is a personal preference. I will try other Voco hotels across Australia during my next work trip.

Customer service was lovely, and the room was clean with a great view

This is a fresh, and youthful urban hotel, reasonably priced, centrally located hotel in the CBD and the ****** at Queenswharf, and within walking distance to many popular locations including Queens St pedestrian mall, Southbank and the Botanic Gardens. You can also hop on the ferry from North Quay to many stops along the scenic Brisbane River with views of Story Bridge and connections to Howard Smith Wharves and Fortitude Valley.

No direct lift access to the car park. Very inconvenient especially when you have some luggage. Bathroom has no ventilation fan, so after shower have to let the steam and moisture to go into the room to be removed by the air con.
