For unknown reasons, I booked a room with a balcony. I had chosen the more expensive room type, but the store arranged a room without a balcony. They said there were already guests who had booked it, but during my stay, only my room was occupied. No one else checked in. I felt cheated and in a bad mood. The hot water in the room was unstable. There were slugs and small garbage everywhere in the room. The cleanliness was really insufficient. It is not a B&B that I would recommend.
