This place is super convenient if you're exploring Nanshan. It's a duplex with three rooms, and each has its own private bathroom, which is great for a group of friends getting together. Plus, you can even cook your own meals here!

This two-bedroom, one-study apartment was very comfortable for our family of four. The surrounding area is lovely – right outside, to the right, there's a charming path lined with flowers that leads all the way to Shenzhen Bay Park. It's a popular spot for people to run and exercise in the mornings. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient!

Brought my family here, and the experience was fantastic. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The room was great, with plenty of amenities and a smart layout. The location is superb, right by Shenzhen Bay. The environment is wonderful, and all the facilities are comprehensive. The late check-out service was also very good and thoughtful.

The scenery is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the price is great too. It's perfect for families to stay together. We'll definitely come again!!!!!!

The room is very spacious and comes with all the amenities you could ask for, including a washing machine and dryer. The view is stunning, and it's right next to Shenzhen Bay Park. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Wanxia subway station. Plus, there's a huge, amazing gym that's free for guests – it's really impressive!

I've been a long-term resident at this hotel apartment for six years. This time, due to the typhoon, I booked a lower-floor room for safety. **Facilities:** Absolutely five-star. **Hygiene:** Consistently excellent. **Environment:** The closest location to Shenzhen Bay. **Service:** Feels like home.

My experience at Jia Serviced Apartment was fantastic. The staff were professional and warm, always proactive in helping, which made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for an excellent stay. A special highlight was having a washing machine and dryer in the room, catering to various needs.

The view from the master bedroom was decent, and this time we stayed in Building 6, Block K. Overall, it was okay; we weren't expecting perfection. With a family trip, we didn't want the hassle of changing locations. The hotel is very close to the China Resources Building headquarters. I recommend three beverage places. 'Tea Tree Leaf' was ordered via delivery. 'Hongcha Company' in the basement of Shenzhen Bay MixC usually has a queue of over an hour on weekends, so we stayed an extra day and went on Monday, getting our drinks in 5 minutes. The drinks at 'Yulian Teahouse' right across from it are also very good, definitely worth trying. And the scones at 'Monster Cookies' across from that are excellent.

We chose Saijia again, and it's just as comfortable and well-equipped as a serviced apartment should be – a great option for long-term stays. My family and the kids had a blast in the room! Hannah was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel right at home. She's warm, professional, and always happy to answer any questions. Parking at the apartment is also super convenient; you can go directly from the garage to your room. It's also very close to the subway station, so transportation is easy no matter what. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next time!

Hannah very helpful,and location is conveninet.It's only about 5 mins walking distance to the metro station.The Very roomy apartment and nice indoor,good for family travel.

The service was excellent, and everyone was really friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had three rooms for our family, and the space was fantastic. My only wish is that the TVs could be smart TVs, especially since there's a great sea view. We were a little sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time.

The service was absolutely terrible. My friend left a charger in the room, and I called customer service twice asking them to have a staff member check for it. They never even bothered to call me back. I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to this time to warn others from having a bad experience. Do not stay at this hotel.

Overall, it was excellent. **Facilities:** There's a washing machine with a dryer, which is super important for family trips lasting more than 3 days. The room also comes with a foldable drying rack. Plus, there's a large fridge, a microwave, and a full set of dishes and cooking utensils. Besides the main bedroom, the sofa in the study on the second floor is a sofa bed, and the sofa in the living room downstairs is also very large, so you could actually sleep four people. There's a big balcony too; if the weather isn't too hot, you can slide open the two glass doors and enjoy the breeze. **Cleanliness:** It was kept very clean. **Environment:** Located in an upscale neighborhood, the hotel is actually two properties within a residential area. The surroundings are quiet and tidy. If you're driving, parking is free. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on the hotel's breakfast, but there's a Kway Teow Beef noodle place downstairs that's worth trying – it's delicious.
