素的，這是一個好評，這家酒店的入住體驗雀食令我感到滿意，設施很齊全，辦入住的時候小哥哥還主動給我遞了茶飲，作為一個剛來深圳的鄉巴佬真是受寵若驚！我説去哪兒玩好玩點還給我詳細介紹了深圳的著名景點，就是可惜這幾天天氣不太好吧哈哈。酒店的位置也不錯，周圍吃的玩的也有，交通也比較方便。總體來説這個價位的這家維也納性價比還是很高的，入住體驗是很棒的。（附一張隔壁小商店的貓咪）

The customer service was top notch, check in and out process was smooth! The room was nice and exactly the same as the picture posted. Hotel also provided free usage of the mini bar.

Extended stay at this hotel. Metro and bus stops very close by. Good variety of shops and malls in the area. Beautiful park across the opposite side of the intersection for walks or running. Evening entertainment from the dancers and then the street markets across the road . Very enjoyable stay. There is some construction going on next door but it did not cause any issues.

This hotel is very convenient to travel to. Take the train line 1, go out the door, walk to the right for 400 meters to the hotel, so it's easy to find. There are many places to eat, both day and night. There are many, many, many delicious restaurants that I like, such as the Beef Ball Noodle Shop, open 24 hours, and the Chicken and Pork Hot Pot Restaurant, very, very delicious. I recommend it. There are pictures to see. Introducing another delicious restaurant, Dumplings, made fresh every day. Personally, I really like the location of this hotel, but the standards of the hotel are still low. The lobby and entrance are newly decorated, but in the room, the equipment inside the room is old, which I found myself in. Broken shower hose There is no paper towel. Soap is provided. One small tube is not enough. Low quality. But if you improve the quality of the new room and use quality items. It should be better than this.

The place was nice. I think he only problem was the projector and the air purifiers wasn’t working g but that’s fine. I was out most of the time. But location is convenient. Close to Walmart subway and restaurants and grocery stores. Hard to find entrance. It’s beside McDonald’s. Need to sign in form from security before entering building. Take lift go up to. It’s a residential building.

A fan of St. Regis brand but this stay was a real turned off with many staff’s unwell trained, slow in service, internal staff miscommunication, and poor air conditioning in the room and even the lifts. Just for example, I intended to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my girl’s birthday dinner at the highly rated buffet on the 95/F, but the staff said there wasn’t at the first response and not checking first. After we had a heated conversation, they found the cake. Knowing it’s a birthday cake, they still send out to the table without a lightened candle, I bet it’s bad luck too! Called for some amenities (a few bath towels) to be delivered to the room takes more than 10mins. The butler service wasn’t perfect, there was a hiccup in handling our outside delivery which was requested to the pool but went to the room instead. The shower had poor drainage and resulted in minor flooding in the washroom which made us slip wearing the poor grip hotel slippers. Room’s air conditioning was poor even at highest power and coldest temperature. Didn’t expect my stay at St Regis will be such an unexpected poor experience.

Amenities are good and provide enough drinking water 5. We love that Atour help to keep our luggage when we check out.

Great location, right by the Shenzhen railway station and the Hong Kong border so it’s perfect for those travelling. Food at the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was superb, and the breakfast buffet was also good despite the cereal being stale, which was a shame. Other than that everything was satisfactory 👍🏻

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!
