A decent, clean hotel. The staff were very helpful. Taxi drivers struggled to find the hotel because it is set back from the road so we had to walk with our luggage to go meet the taxi.

房間又新又乾淨 裝修風格很好看 房間設施特別好 門口有換鞋區 衞生間乾濕分離 自動馬桶 淋浴的門也不像其他酒店是透明玻璃門 電動窗簾 窗簾遮光效果特別好 房間還有小冰箱 茶具 特別喜歡這個茶具 網上沒找到同款 燈光直接在床頭調亮度 桔子的礦泉水都比其他酒店要多 每天都有四瓶 外賣有機器人送上來 酒店位置離地鐵口也很近 早餐菜比較少 但是99塊兩個人三天也很划算 這次住的很舒心滿意

Hotel was well located right next to the metro although it is a little far from the attractions. The receptionist spoke English and check-in was quick although the hotel did not accept payment with foreign cards. You need to have Alipay or WeChat pay on your phone or pay cash or have a Chinese card. Our room smelt of smoke but they changed it without any problem. The bed in our room was a little hard. Breakfast was very nice if you like Chinese cuisine. We liked the spa: massage was very good and well priced. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the nearby environment is very lively. Nanshan metro station is just nearby. Overall the service was good, and will recommend for solo travelers.

Location is very good, right in the center of Nanshan and easy to get around. The price for an apartment style room with washing machine, full-sized fridge and hot plate (no cookware though) is great value for a traveller on a budget. Wi-Fi also worked well for me when I was on videoconferences from my room. Some negatives. I did have a couple small cockroachy friends who visited 😅. Also the room cleaning was so basic that it almost felt like I'd rather they didn't come in (ex. They took out the garbage, but the bed would always be made in a really sloppy way, or they wouldn't wipe down surfaces... Basically it was enough to know someone had been in the room, but not left as clean as other hotels, so it kinda made me feel a bit weird). Rooms without windows can get a bit stuffy, but air conditioning helped with that. Honestly though for the price, I can't complain too much - less than 200 rmb/night for all the amenities you get is pretty great (plus there's a small gym with treadmill and bike if you want, no weights or floor space). Budget travellers or students who aren't too concerned with impeccable room standards but want to save on eating out and laundry will be very happy with this place, but if aesthetic and top hygiene are priorities, don't stay here.

Had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Shenzhen. The hospitality is top-notch—every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The reception team is always eager to assist, and they manage translations with a professional touch, making communication seamless regardless of the language. The rooms are spotless, with daily cleaning that keeps everything fresh and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and satisfying. The location is also a major plus. It’s within walking distance from the subway, making it easy to get around the city. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops nearby, adding to the convenience. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen!

One of the most sophisticated hotel I have been to. Event though location is in a relatively old neighborhood, the hotel itself is very new and clean. Room size was okay - decor is great. Amenities such as toothbrush, charging cable, etc. was all provided. The closet came with an electronic bidet, warmed seats, and automatic flushing. The shower had a safety step, which is something rare even for 5 star luxury hotels. They even gave us a fan for a farewell gift. Highly recommended.
