I am super happy with this hotel. We arrived in Shenzhen quite early before the check-in time. At first, we planned to keep our luggage only but we were lucky that they allowed us to check-in. Their staff is very helpful thanks to Benson who showed us the way to Hong Kong. It's very near to the Hong Kong check point so you can walk to the check point and explore HK by using MTR Lo Wu. Next day we keep the luggage here before we going to the airport. The hotel is a bit old but we love it.

Jenis bilik ibu bapa-anak Grand Hyatt Hotel sangat sesuai untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak. Lokasinya selesa. Di tingkat bawah adalah pusat membeli-belah besar di Vientiane City. Susunan bebek kuning kecil di dalam bilik menjadikan bayi kecil itu sangat seronok, dan mainan kecil di dalam tab mandi boleh bermain untuk waktu yang lama😝. Kakitangan hotel juga menyediakan kek kecil dengan teliti, yang membuatkan saya menghabiskan hari jadi yang tidak dapat dilupakan. Secara keseluruhan, perkhidmatan ini ada, hotel mewah yang sangat baik, dan ini juga merupakan pilihan pertama untuk lawatan seterusnya ke Shenzhen. 👍

Hotel jenama lama selama tiga puluh tahun, tetapi penyelenggaraannya sudah siap, meja depan mendaftar masuk kerana wabak itu, jadi saya menandatangani banyak nama dan terus mengatakan malu dan sopan, ukuran biliknya besar, dan penginapan sangat santai Seterusnya, mari kita bincangkan masalah ketidakcukupan. Saya tidak menambah bekalan bilik pada waktunya untuk penginapan. Saya masih menelefon untuk meminta buahnya. Keesokan harinya tidak ada buah. Sebilangan kakitangan di ruang sarapan bercampur seharian bermain dengan telefon bimbit. Makanan dibungkus, dan suaranya sangat kuat.

Pleasantly surprised with the high quality finish of the room. Even the towels and bedding are all new and laundry clean. Staff are helpful. They also provide cold and hot drinks at the lobby as refreshments. Room TV program however only offer the various China TV station programs interrupted by unending advertisement. Should offer more foreign language programs as China is opening up. Location is excellent as it is near to the train station, subway and bus terminal. The immigration point to Hong Kong is within walking distance and there are many massage outlets and shopping is a breeze there. Highly recommended

Hotel ini betul-betul di sebelah Shangri-La Hotel, sangat mudah untuk melakukan perjalanan, dan ada juga tempat letak kereta bawah tanah. Maksudnya, ketika seorang tamu yang mabuk selesai membuat keributan pada waktu malam, sebelahnya mulai berbual dengan kuat, dan kakitangan hotel hanya dapat menelefon, tanpa mengira hasilnya. Selepas panggilan, bilik sebelah terus bercakap dengan kuat, dan bising sepanjang malam, tidak bersuara. Terdapat banyak orang di bilik double bersebelahan, dan hotel juga tidak menghadapinya.

因身體有些不舒服 匆忙的找了這家離羅湖海關又近又便宜的酒店，本想着如果休息不好，再換就是了，沒想到卻是讓我撿到寶了，房間很大，對於這個價格來説，非常超值了，更讓我驚喜的是竟然有個小陽台，躺在床上，打開陽台門，陽光明媚，微風徐徐，真的有在家裡的感覺。前台的小妹妹更是像家人一樣親切，我有葯需在冰箱裏儲存，跟她一講，她説：“拿樓下來，給我”。😀😀爽快吧。樓下100米內有快餐小吃和水果店，地鐵1號線和9號線走路5分鐘左右，東門步行街，萬象城，深圳書城，地王大廈均不超過5分鐘車程。真心推薦朋友們來住，性價比很高！

There are many food courts around the hotel which you can get food from. The location of the hotel is good as it is easy to locate . Also there is metro and Shenzhen railway station close by so it’s so convenient for moving around the city . The air conditioner in the rooms work very well and it’s comfortable . Also there have an English manager who speaks English and she was really helpful

So so. The location is fine - plenty of food and near to MTR. What I don't like: 1. Upon check in, they couldn't find my booking. Took them a while. 2. First gave a room where water from bathroom flooded the carpet outside. 3. They have another room thereafter, but there was a mosquito(s) in the room which kept attacking me. 4. Bathroom layout - shower screen door didn't close properly and so it was always wet despite exhaust fan. 5. They don't change the bedsheets everyday. 6. Weekends no buffet breakfast (seems to be more a business hotel so buffet only on weekdays).But service staff is good. I don't think I will book this hotel again.

整體酒店大概有90分！ 首先地理位置非常優越，西村站行1分鐘就到酒店 大堂和房間都很整潔，而且裝修得很華麗時尚 特別是房間裏都是用全智能聲控！超級方便操控！ 今次訂的房間裏面有一個大按摩浴缸🛁 和男朋友一起浸浴很舒適 而且整體房間整潔乾淨👍🏻 床褥軟硬度適中，睡眠質素很好 印象最深刻是退房時間可以延遲到2:00 可以好好享受多一會 另外服務員態度有禮，下次還會選擇這間酒店

酒店早餐還是挺豐富的，味道也不錯！設施設備也齊全，有洗衣房和健身房，能滿足我正常出行的需求了，酒店服務也很周到，有準備棉簽、卸粧濕巾、一次性洗臉巾等等一些小東西，來的時候有點急忘帶卸粧的東西了，問了下酒店居然有，感覺服務真的是很細緻！然後衞生和環境方面也做得特別好，總之都是挺滿意的，下次還會再來！

The location is at Lohu/Shenzhen Railway station at the opposite end of Shangri-LA hotel, towards the exit to Hong Kong. I had terrible time; firstly the 1st room they gave me had a ceiling that almost looks like it was going to fall off on one's head while sleeping and the 2nd room, which they gave at the end of the hallway on the same 2nd floor was very noisy with other people, hanging the doors, screaming across rooms like they are in their own house, talking and laughing loudly at 11pm towards 3am - I tried to sleep at night but awoke several time due to this. In addition, the smell of people smoking was strong. I did close the small window but the smell still came in strongly. Also I felt not safe with the security to the room levels as any person and food delivery people came knocking on the door as they tried to find the person who ordered the food. I did complain these issues to the reception officer but he said he can only do so little to solve this problem as this hotel had recently been bought over. Felt so frustrated with these excuses.
