酒店很好，第一次入住，體驗感很不錯，很滿意！朋友過來深圳福田玩一天，選擇了他們家酒店，前台服務熱情主動，由於找不到位置，下樓接我們上來，並且很耐心的指導開鎖等，密碼鎖可以反鎖，安全性和私密性都非常不錯。房間樓層很高，隔音非常不錯，一覺睡到自然醒，並且房間有個小陽台，城景酒店，感覺很好。樓下就是商場，有最愛的霸王茶姬，很好，下次再來。

Was extended my stay here for 5 night at last during the trip. The location is surrounded with KK one shopping mall, lot of foods stall, 300 walking distance to XIASHA Metro Station. Room was clean and the thumb up given to the helpdesk and service crew, easy to keep in touch with them during the stay by using Wechat and also they patient for every request made. It's definitely worth the price. 这公寓酒店的位置很方便，KK ONE 广场就在附近，临近还有很多小吃， 美食店铺。步行几百米就能到达下沙地铁站。入住期间谢谢工作人员耐心的协助， 通过微信就能联系他们超便捷。

This motel is located in an office building, lobby is a room on 35 floor. You will need the local app WeChat to pay for deposit at check-in and they will send you a message containing passcode for your room, so good luck if you don’t have WeChat or your WeChat is not linked to bank account. Rooms are all smoking rooms, I had to ask to change to one room that was less smelly, initially they refused claiming all the rooms are equally smoky. Motel is located near a big mall with many restaurant choices including BBQ and Cantonese cuisine and many many street foods nearby. Other than the smell, bed was comfy and toilet was okay, projector was huge but you need local payment app to play any movie.

酒店前台的服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決，房間非常乾淨，下次還會選擇這裏，地理位置好，交通方便，過條馬路就有大型商場，外賣也多，房間衞生整潔，已經來過好幾次了下次還來.

從來沒體驗過“行政公寓”的住宿，結果果然沒有令我失望，而且更讓我們感到喜出望外！絕對值得表揚及推薦的～由於今次出行，對於我們一家來說意義非凡。正因為與我們隨行的，是一位經已年近90歲的長者，而老人家一向行動不便；需依靠輪椅出入；故此，在選擇住宿的時候，都以便利於行為考量。就在入住的前一晚，莫名的想起老人家去到一處陌生的地方，擔心會否感到不適應。。。就在深夜時份，冒昧向酒店發個短訊，主要是煩請保潔阿姨幫忙，為我仔細打掃好房間，特別是衛生間及浴室位置，注意地上不可有任何漬水或滴水的情況，慎防老人家不小心地滑。最後，沒想到酒店為我們安排的房間竟如此貼心，淋浴間竟然內置了石櫈，讓老媽可以坐卧沐浴。而且，整個房間，無論在坐廁旁，客廳，都設有SOS緊急呼叫按鈕，這點實在讓人感動！真的多謝邦拓美諾行政公寓，謝謝你們的用心聆聽，謝謝你們的款待！細節到位！ 而且，房間的設計時尚大氣，每個角落都配備了嵌入式的收納空間。雖然活動空間不算得寬敞，但麻雀雖小，需用到的各款家電經已一應俱全了。兩房一廳，獨立廚厠，景觀開揚的陽台，加上室內柔和的燈光，倍感和諧的氣氛，充滿在家的親切感， 同時又多了一種輕侈的氣派。。。 環境寧靜床鋪舒適。有機會一定會再來！

酒店前台服務態度良好，但安排房間時間較長，有待改善。 退房時間是12 點正，經協商後，可以1 點退房。其實附近酒店都是下午2 點退房。這點相對其它酒店就是弱項。 酒店地點鄰近地鉄站（見相片），是方便的。 房間衛生情況不錯，WiFi 連線快捷，沒有無故斷線。 房間環境尚算安靜，但由於樓層較低（3 樓），有時會有街上的噪音傳入。 空調夠凍夠靜，讚！ 整體來講尚算𣎴錯，下次過來會考慮再次入住這間酒店。

位置: 非常好找，地鐵，交通非常的方便，位置容易找到衞生: 衞生還是比較不錯，房間好像有改一下，看起來很不錯，性價比: 在福田來説已經性價比非常划算了房間大小: 房間大小合適，比較乾淨整潔，隔音: 隔音非常的好。

The place was very nearby to the metro station just a 2 min walk .and there were many good restraunt nearby.the place was soo neat and tidy. The host helped me a lot and helped me reached there to the place.

Apartment was very close to the train station, although it would be a bit tough to find for those who don’t use a mainland number, baidu maps and wechat. On my end, it was very quick and easy since i got in touch with their hotline before coming, who then asked me to add their wechat account and provided me with photo instructions on finding the place. Checkin was also done thru the wechat mini program before being given the door passcode, although we met by chance near the lift lobby once we came up so he already opened the door directly for our convenience as well. He was very considerate, checking if we needed any more stuffs and even arranging delivery of additional pillows to the room after we returned late at night and realized it. The package we booked included one breakfast only but he provided for all of us anyway. There are many restaurants across the road but most of them close up by 9 in the evening. I read the reviews beforehand so i was glad they were able to improve on the complaints written here, so i made sure to take photos to document them, but it would be wise just as well to remind them on wechat before coming so they can prepare enough items for the number of people staying. Things to note, there was a leak on the ceiling of the shower area, water was clear and it wouldn’t really drip on you from where you stand. The air conditioner in one room was quite hard to open at first, had to switch batteries to the other remote control (cover also broken 😂) and it tended to make weird noises from time to time but was able to sleep through it anyway.

Semuanya baik. Ia adalah sangat mudah untuk mendapatkan sekitar kerana stesen metro dan bas berada di hadapan hotel. Jadi lokasi adalah sempurna. Wanita pembersih juga sangat baik dia membersihkan bilik setiap hari. Perkhidmatan yang baik mereka banyak membantu saya.
