Nice and clean but no elevator for 2nd floor. Don’t like to pay for $14 parking and $5 for microwave. At least the staff are fast and friendly.

Way too loud! The main road and highway are right outside the windows!! The windows and doors aren't soundproof; you can hear absolutely everything. Smoking of any kind was prohibited on the premises, yet every evening it smelled like garbage because people were smoking right in the courtyard, and the smell seeped into the rooms since the doors had gaps at the bottom and sides. I really can't recommend this Best Western to anyone 🥲

Very good. A large room with sunshine. There are two sinks. The location is very convenient. There is a place to do laundry. There is a swimming pool and a heated spa. The hotel front desk service is also very good. Suitable for travel and family

Ok, parking lot was being renovated, we couldn't park at the hotel, but nearby.

Very clean and tidy, the bed is surprisingly comfortable, the mattress is comfortable, the sheets and quilts are very skin-friendly and soft, a relatively satisfactory stay. The price is also good! !

Hotel for short stays. Acceptable.

The environment is okay and the service is satisfactory. The soundproofing is average, and it's relatively close to Universal Studios.

The air conditioner is too noisy. Parking is extra charge. The front desk is not nice either.
