I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Regency in Shimla, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the reception team was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains, which added a beautiful touch to our stay. The decor was a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a great mix of options to start the day right. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, situated just a short drive from the main attractions of Shimla, yet in a peaceful area that ensured a restful night’s sleep away from the hustle and bustle. Good hotel with comfortable stay,Location is just about from Shimla station,rooms are awesome,hotel staffs are polite and professional. Light cut during night time(2-3 times for 1/2 hrs).Overall stay was good.

Our stay in aachman was average. To start with the location, way to the property is very scary has many steep turns and there's way for only one car to pass, so if you're lucky, you'll pass without any other vehicle coming from the opposite side but if you aren't lucky enough it's going to be a problem! location overall is beautiful and staff is very generous especially the kitchen staff. But during the breakfast buffet time, there was a shortage of food and options were very minimal. During the time of our checkout, a tree in jungle caught fire and the whole property got smokey with almost zero visibility. We somehow managed to leave before it got worst! and to go up the way was a real struggle, almost 4-5 cars were stuck as they weren't going up and kept coming back and we almost escaped a major accident due to the same reason. Overall it was a memorable experience for all the good and unfortunate reasons for us.
