Hotel 3-Star di Tunis Governorate, Tunisia

My husband and I recently stayed at Suisse Hotel in Tunis. The location is quite good — it’s in a busy part of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from Habib Bourguiba Street, the Old Medina, local bazaars, and the main highway. It’s convenient for sightseeing and getting around. However, there are a few downsides. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, and the breakfast options are limited and predetermined by the hotel — not much variety or anything particularly special. Also, the entrance door is often locked at night, which might feel a bit uncomfortable since the alley outside can be dark and not very safe. Furthermore hotel doesn't have parking. On the positive side, the staff are very nice, polite, and helpful, which really makes a difference during your stay. Overall, Suisse Hotel is fine if you’re looking for a convenient location and friendly service, but there’s room for improvement in facilities and safety measures.

Flight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell. Liked the firm mattress, good sized room, staff were polite and helpful, did have to venture out to get some water but had lots of little shops that were still open. So much to see and do will need to come back for more than 3 days. Cheers 🥂

We were looking for a cheap hotel in a central location and we had found just that. Everything in the hotel is simple and doesn’t try to be something that it isn’t. However, the furnishings seem a little dated an may need an upgrade soon. The Wifi needs to be improved as we couldn’t connect to the wifi whatsoever. The chap at the desk is very friendly

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with walls decorated in a very tasteful and stylish way. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of great options. Highly recommended!

このホテルはとてもよかったです。受付にいるZOUHAYERという男性スタッフの方がチェックインの手続きをしてくださり、翌日早朝発の飛行機だと伝えてタクシーについて質問するととても丁寧に対応してくれました。非常に優しい方です。（名前を載せる許可はいただいています）シャンプー、ボディソープのアメニティは部屋についています。部屋も非常に清潔感がありエアコンもついていて快適な時間を過ごすことができました。

Perfect location. The hotel is spotless throughout, with compact but very clean rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and enjoyed at the rooftop facility. Staff members are friendly and helpful, and getting around as a tourist is very easy. The 24-hour reception is a great bonus, and the cleaners do an excellent job. Highly recommended. A small fridge in the room would be a great addition

Sarapan pagi: Ia adalah layan diri untuk melihat gambar sendiri. Ini musim luar, jadi orang tidak ramai, jadi tidak banyak kelainan. Kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel: Saya secara peribadi merasakan bahawa mereka sangat mementingkan perkhidmatan dan agak cuai sepanjang penginapan mereka. It was my first trip to Tunis, and I chose Ibis based on a friend's recommendation. The hotel staff promptly attended to my check-in and were hospitable and friendly throughout my stay. I enjoyed the pub in the lobby, which was very convenient. The hotel breakfast was moderate, and I hope the variety of hot meals can be improved further.

Très bon séjour. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et accueillant. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et nettoyée chaque jour. En revanche, l’isolation est perfectible : le passage dans les couloirs est très audible. Autre point à améliorer, l’eau chaude fonctionne mal le matin, avec très peu d’eau chaude, contrairement à l’après-midi et au soir. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre de Tunis, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire et à environ 11 minutes à pied de la station de louages desservant les villes du sud
