第一次來北海道的clubmed，因為到了雪季，北海道雪場周邊酒店貴到離譜，二世古和留壽度乾脆都飆到2w，所以這個佐幌的clubmed性價比一下就出來了！問了下星野的會比較大，可以只是容納500個孩子！這家規模大概1/3吧，這門來這個週末剛好趕上澳洲公假，基本被Aussie包場了，但也特別high，老外確實會搞氣氛，永遠不會冷場，和酒店的GO們配合非常好，GO們也都是非常非常友善和熱心，任何困難找到他們都沒問題幫你搞定👍！最後小tips：這個clubmed從JR新得站沒有擺渡車服務！雖然官網上有，但我預訂後被拒了，説提供不了，讓我自己打車。後面等我到了JR新得站，車站人員會給你兩個當地的出租車電話，打通後大概2-3粉分鐘車就來了，三個人到酒店費用大概5000日元，還可以順便預訂回程！記住你的手機要開國漫能打通這個當地電話才行，火車站沒有電話☎️，如果從CTS就方便多了，酒店有接機服務。寫在最後：MINA MINA要提前兩天預訂，否則基本都滿員！不過Dachi也不錯，一日三餐都很豐盛，Bar也很棒，全天有小食提供，酒水種類超多，我衹喝啤的，好喝的日本幹啤，其他酒不太懂，也沒嘗試，有喜歡雞尾酒的應該有很多選擇！

已經多次入住，很喜歡這個什麼都不用操心的一條龍服務的酒店，一日三餐的自助餐，熱情的滑雪教練，晚上免費的高水準表演。

很不錯的一次入住體驗，滑雪⛷️體驗！下次有機會再來[玫瑰] 首先，到店就有中文服務簡直不要太貼心👍特別感謝NaNa的熱情招待 其次，房間很大，滿滿日式風格，酒店內還有傳統日式浴場，桑拿🧖那是相當舒服 再有，滑雪有團課或者私教課可以選擇，臨時起意訂了私教課，教練還幫忙拍了照片 最後，吃的也有兩個餐廳，自助還有點餐兩不誤 很可惜這次行程有點短，下次會留時間多一些❄️❄️❄️

帶孩子來，希望人不要那麼多那麼嘈雜可以選擇這裏

Hi ClubMed, My wife and 2 kids(Scotty, Mel, Sahara & Ryan) stayed at ClubMed Sahoro for 9 nights on January 10th-19th. We have stayed at Tomamu twice previously and thought we would try Sahoro and it didn’t disappoint. From the bar staff Tuncay and Hasan who oversaw the whole bar area there was never an empty glass around or a table not cleaned. A great place to relax after 6h of skiing/snowboarding. Thanks for looking after us boys. A massive thank you to our fantastic instructors, I know it’s the G.O’s job to talk and engage with the customers but by the end of our trip I would class them as family. Kyle, Kevin, Max G, Anthony Levi and Dodo. They also helped us and the kids go from beginner to boarder line advanced skiers/boarders. They also joined us for dinner a couple of times and was great to hear their stories. Also Lillian from the ski rentals that fully repaired my snow boot free of charge because he had an hour spare, now that is what ClubMed is about. The G.O also performed shows in the theatre each night that also made our trip so memorable. Thanks you to all the staff at ClubMed Sahoro for giving us an unforgettable experience. The F&B team at Club Med Sahoro led by Dogan truly exceeded our expectations, ensuring we were well-fed and energized throughout our skiing adventures. Their attention to detail and dedication made each meal a highlight, and after a full day on the slopes, the delicious cocktails prepared by the bar team led by Tuncay and supported by Hasan were the perfect way to unwind. Eyyup at the reception was also very welcoming and helpful. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us all feel incredibly welcome. A special thank you to Dogan, Tuncay, Hasan and Eyyup for their outstanding service and care. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This resort is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. The service is top-tier, and the staff are all super nice and friendly. Everything is within a short walking distance, and the layout makes it easy to get around. The ski instructors are amazing—they give great feedback and really help you improve. Jock, Trixie, and Manuel stood out the most to me. Every time they saw me, they’d say hi with a smile, which made me feel welcomed. Jock was super friendly and gave some of the best skiing advice. Trixie was patient when I got lost on the mountain, she waited for me at the chairlift and made sure I was okay. Manuel was always full of energy, cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. They didn’t just teach skiing they made the whole experience way more fun. Shoutout to Jayden, the bartender he made the best drinks and was always great to talk with. The snow is fresh and powdering and amazing ski conditions. Overall, the service is outstanding, and I’d love to come back with my family. If you’re thinking about visiting, do it—you won’t regret it!

I really like his style for teaching us (beginner class) We are beginners, but his teaching method allows us to quickly get into the situation and let us try to skate by ourselves instead of always supporting us, allowing us to make better progress.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left on the Club Med transfer it truly was an incredible experience. Every staff member we have met during our stay has been so warm, friendly and caring, from ski instructors, bar staff, chefs, cleaners, the GO team and the incredible management team. Massive shout out to Christoffer (Chris) teaching us in group 4. Chris was absolutely brilliant, he pushed us to be the best we could be and everyday was an adventure. We have had many ski instructors in the past in NZ and Australia, hands down Chris has been the best. True ski in and ski out no walking was brilliant. Loved that some lunches you could eat outside in the fresh air. Every afternoon and evening the bar staff looked after us and nothing was too much trouble at all. The food was delicious and I loved how every night and lunch there were different options. Ski rental was excellent quality and the staff very kind and knowledgeable. Rooms were very clean and common areas always kept clean. Entertainment every night was incredible and the fireworks on the last night for Luna New Year was spectacular. Definitely be returning again but longer as 5 nights too short! What a special place Club Med.

We stayed at Club Med Sahoro from the 18th to the 25th, and this was our third Club Med experience—still no regrets! It was an amazing week, and we were on the slopes every single day. A huge shoutout to Daf, our ski instructor, who made the lessons truly memorable. Spending four days in a row with him was incredible—I saw so much improvement in my skiing skills while having an absolute blast in class. Daf, you nailed it! Another special mention goes to Yuji at Mina Mina Restaurant. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always welcoming us with warmth and care. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the food was as fantastic as expected. Even though the mountain is relatively small, I happily spent six days on the slopes without getting bored. The best part? No queues—whether it’s the gondola or chairlift, everything was smooth and easy. And those magical moments when you’re the only one on the slope? Absolutely surreal! Thank you, Club Med Sahoro, for another unforgettable holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

Flight was delayed on tarmac and transfer staff kept in contact to find out the situation to ensure our transfer from airport to resort could go smoothly. Kudos to the ski coach Dan Li who has patience and kept providing tips and trips along the way.
