圖片與實際相符。郵件迴應很快，JR白濱站和機場到名宿很方便，公交在新湯崎站下車，可以案內換乘直接購買幾日券，在機場或者JR站領取公交領取時刻表。下公交對面走進小巷就是。無電梯在3樓，面朝大海，樓下就是温泉口，硫磺味較重，泡澡放水記得開窗口哦~房間很乾凈，廚房設備齊全。白濱到大阪de大巴車也在新湯崎站有停靠，注意時間點。房間面積很大，衞生乾淨，出行方便。便利店也不遠。

施設もいい施設です、もう少し掃除が行き届いて欲しいですが
施設の前に車を停めたのですが
向かいの土地の老夫婦がギリギリ出れない所に車を止めて
出れないようにしてきます
探してもいないので
ホーンを鳴らすと戦闘モードで出てきますので
気をつけてください
色々言いましたが
凄く良いロケーションでいい宿で
最高の白浜旅行でした

とてもかわいいドームハウス 子供達、大喜びでした お掃除も行き届いており問題無し 近くの高級宿に比べると、リネン類や設備など劣る部分も有りますが、十分お値段に見合っていると感じました ただ、今回は大丈夫でしたが、季節、天候によっては、キャンプ並みの試練になりますね HPからはわからなかった(見落とした)、私が欲しかった情報を。 カートによる部屋送りは、日没までとありましたが、日没の定義が曖昧。 幼児が寝てしまい、カートをアテにしていましたが、終了したとの事。 私の認識では日没前でした。 夏季、冬季で、時刻設定して頂いた方がわかりやすいと思います 翌朝釣堀に行く為、8時朝食開始では間に合わないと、素泊まりプランにしましたが、7時開始のようでした。 温泉も別料金だし、チェックイン前にとれとれの湯に寄った所、フロントで割引券が頂け、とれとれヴィレッジと、とれとれの湯間の送迎もあるとの事 次回は、パンダの方で、二食温泉付きで、ゆっくり滞在したいです

AAChuaAccommodation was lovely and centrally located to shirarahama beach. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.
It was well stocked with amenities and the room was large and clean.
The lady boss is Chinese so you can communicate by Chinese. They are incredibly kind and helped me get to the hospital when I injured my ankle. They are people that you can trust.
Breakfast was also delicious! Chinese food is yummy and a nice break from Japanese cuisine.

FFarAway803324他の方も書いてる通り入口までに40段程度？の階段を登る必要あり。駐車場からやや歩くので足が悪い方は注意。館内はエレベーターがあるので問題ないと思います。 ワーケーション設備で自炊スペース、ワークスペース、和室の段落スペースがあり清潔で快適でした。お風呂も良かったです。私は連休初日に宿泊しました。客層を見る限りワーケーション目的は皆無っぽく、家族連れ、友達でわいわいという感じ。よって夜のワークスペース内の和室部分が飲兵衛の酒場になっていました。。。平日は様子が違うのかも ドミトリーでしたが、ドミトリー部屋はかなりどころかびっくりするぐらい広く、一人あたりの専有面積が広いので快適でした。気になったのは隣の人のいびきぐらいでした。耳栓はあったほうがいいです。小さい貴重品ロッカーは一階にあります。大きい荷物はロッカーがないので受付で預かってもらうか南京錠等で自衛をする必要あり。 徒歩圏にスーパーはなく、一番近いファミリーマートさえそこそこ歩くので、買い出しはチェックイン前にされたほうがいいです。連休初日の宿の駐車場は満車で、安易に出かけて離れると他の人駐車スペースをとられるかも、、という感じで車で買い出しに行くのにすごくためらいを感じるぐらいでした。宿に事前に駐車場の相談は是非ともされてください。調整してくれるはずです。 この宿のスタッフの方が親切で良かったです。全体的はすごく良い滞在になりました。

PPengguna Tetamu明光bus坐到新湯崎站下來，抬頭就能看到。來前比較擔心別的點評説的“有段坡大行李箱比較吃力”，其實還好，坡不長也不陡，完全可以接受。
入住時間是4點，不到點前台沒人的，我把行李箱一扔就出去玩了，到點回來登記。前台是外國人，口音有點重，服務態度沒得挑。我住的是日式房間，頂燈開不來，聯繫了前台幫忙，很快就來了。頂燈的開關在電視機櫃上！不是在牆上！真的好難找。
加分點：公交方便、離崎之湯近、海景很漂亮
減分點：布團要自己鋪、温泉酒店但不提供浴衣（衹有一條毛巾）
整體挺好，但是和價位不匹配，性價比不高。當初選擇這家，是因為想要“海景+榻榻米+温泉”的酒店，衹有這家符合（還有一家更便宜，但沒有獨立衞生間），住完覺得不如加錢享受更優質的服務，或者放棄其中一項找便宜的。

The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor

PPengguna Tetamu先日、女友達と一緒にGWの期間中にグランパスSEAに宿泊させていただきました。 お部屋の、窓から広がる海の景色はまさに魅力的でした。 友達と一緒に、綺麗な海の美しさを感じることができるなんて、とても特別な経験でした。お部屋内も清潔感があり、快適な寝具で心地よい睡眠をとることができました。 食事も充実していて、食事会場からの海の景色も最高でした。 友達と一緒に美しい海を眺めながらの食事ができるなんて、心に残るひとときとなりました。 グランパスSeaのおかげで、白浜での滞在がより特別なものとなりました。 友達との楽しいひととき、スタッフの温かいおもてなし、くつろげるお部屋、美味しい食事。 全てが素晴らしい思い出となりました。 次回もぜひ再訪したいと考えております。GWの素敵な思い出を作ってくれたグランパスSEAに、心より感謝申し上げます。

PPengguna TetamuKey Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

CCosmopolitan650763当方のミスから予約が取れていなかったがお電話をさせていただいたところ神対応をしていただき宿泊でき感謝しております。この際の対応できっといい宿なんだろうと思いましたが思った通り満足できました。 接客・・・従業員の方々は皆さん見かけると挨拶もしっかりしていただき気持ち良かった。ほとんどの従業員の方々がお客様を大切にしようとする気持ちが伝わった。特に到着後に部屋まで案内していただいた女性の方はテキパキとされていた。また帰りに車に案内いただいた若い男性の方は清潔感もありうまくこれからの行先などを確認してさっと道順などを説明できるスマートな案内にもとても感心させられた。 部屋・・和室を利用しましたが正直古さは否めないがユニットバスはきれいにされている印象です。部屋に備え付けのマッサージ器もうれしかった。 食事・・・夕食・朝食ともボリュームもありどれも味が濃くなくあっさりしており口に合いました。夕食のお品書きに食材の産地が記入されているのが良かった。レストランの従業員の方々もテキパキとされていて好感が持てた。 温泉・・・泉質はとてもよく３回も入った。この日は連休初日で宿泊客も多そうでしたが大浴場では数人の方と出会うだけでとてもゆったりと楽しめた。 気になったところ・・・フロントを含め1階の照明がとても暗く感じる。周辺ガイドなどチラシをもっと充実してほしい。（湯浅・串本・高野山など車ならどこかを通ると思う）。ご意見箱があったがアンケート用紙などがわからなかった。温泉に向かう渡り廊下に何か工夫がほしい。 満足度は個人によって異なるとは思いますが私にはとても落ち着いてゆったりした時間が過ごせて満足しております。是非また利用させていただきたいと思っております。

PPengguna Tetamu訂酒店的時候看到酒店分數很高就定了，刷了幾天發下發現評分猛的下降了，仔細查看了幾個差評，有點擔心的和老公説，期待別太高。
實際入住情況：JR到白濱哦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啊啦，啦啦啦，對呀對呀對呀，你有沒有發現我們很**，我們下車，換乘1號明光巴士（可以買一日兩日三日暢乘券，一日1100yen，兩日1800yen，三日忘記多少olvg錢了）坐到 新湯崎S19號站（JR站是S-0），如果沒有暢乘券，車費是成人410yen單程，下車後有路標，可以走斜坡也可以走樓梯，樓梯近一點，如果行李重，需要有力氣到男士幫忙。
前台服務員有中國人也有日本人，有位中國大姐很熱情，check in的時候會主動問我們需要預訂私湯的時間和早餐時間。
評論中説沒有吹風機，親自經歷下來房間裏面的確沒有，但是可以問前台要。
可能我們住的不是忘記（颱風剛走），服務還是很好的，前台那裡有位大叔每次都很熱情給我們打招呼，還介紹我們去海邊怎麼走。房間也很大，能直接看到大海。
設施的確偏舊，榻榻米上的席子有污漬，但是擦不掉，洗手間和浴室也是舊舊的，但是被褥很舒服很鬆軟。
總體還是可以的。
