A superb hotel with excellent services. Room is spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the West Lake from the room. Everything is in perfect order and well organized. Kande International will be my only choice for staying at Hui Cheng District. All the hotel staff are friendly. Kelberly at the Front Desk is particularly helpful and courteous who provides excellent services making my stay at Kande to be one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel experiences in China. Thank you and for sure I will stay at Kande again when I visit Hui Cheng next time.

Stayed in a private twin share bed, as there weren't double. Never stayed in a room without having a bathroom, and used the shared bathroom 🚻. To my surprise, it was really nice, had all the amenities of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers. The location was very central and to subways stations. Would recommended.

MMarnaInChina2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

ʚʚ ღ ɞWell, where do I begin. We booked a month stay in Wei Gang Wan in Huizhou to be close to family. We travelled from Hongkong international airport in taxi (approx. 2 and half hours) to the address provided by trip.com which turned out to be the wrong address. And then phoned the customer service in the evening to be told it was the completely wrong building, we had to to get an electric scooter down with all 4 large luggages and 5 people in, luckily we had the help of family to get about as its fairly remote and there's no taxi service around. The location was adjacent to local amenities and right by the beach. But you have to have Wechat - a Chinese App) to get all the info where to go and how to get in the room. It was not straightforward as we expected especially after 30+ hours journey and at night time. The room has a sea view but different to pictures they advertised. Asked to change to a room like the ones they had on trip.com but told not available. Overall, the rooms are acceptable clean and spacious. The TV channels are very limited as they only had very basic package and did not subscribed to any additional packages, so it'm has very limited access to the Olympics games. WiFi is slow and restricted to access to certain western apps. The TV was old and the Backlight was faulty, however it was not replaced during our stay. Another problem was the bed surface very hard like sleeping on cardboard boxes. Despite some issues we faced, I must say the customer service was very good, they available 24/7 and always there to help. All in all, due to the location despite some problems we will consider to stay again in the future.

EEvergreenOceanSummary of Scores: Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable. Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room. Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes. Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

EErica StrolenFamily getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

MMariaCWe stayed in 2 hotels during our stay in Huizhou. I would say for families, children and teens this is a really great option (even though not cheap, for 1,500rmb per night). The hotel has great amenities like table tennis, billiards, KTV, gym, around 5 restaurants (Chinese, Cantonese and Thai), around 5 pools (some of which have slides for children, and an infinity pool near the beach), a beach with water sports and volleyball very close to the rooms, and a foam party for little ones The room we had had a sea view and 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a fridge. Downsides were our room which was on tower 4 was a little old and smelt of mould, and the beach is quite noisy, yet I’d say we slept comfortably. The manager Rahal was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff does not speak English but when we arrived a front desk staff added my WeChat so we could ask for anything we needed which was very helpful. The green curry at the Thai restaurant was very nice, and breakfast had a lot of options (western and Chinese), including cereals, fresh fruit, pan au chocolate, vegetables, eggs, noodle soup, fried rice, fried noodles, waffles with honey, amongst more. There are small drinks stalls next to the hotel at the beach (bubba tea and lemon tea), a small shop to buy beach clothes and instant noodles inside the hotel, Hagen Diaz and Chinese ice cream near the KTV cubicles, and vending machines around the hotel. In summary, there are many things available and we enjoyed a good time there. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed.

The hotel and surrounding area are looking very tired however, with much of it needing maintenance or just not being used at all. The lifts are also in need of an update. Despite this, it's generally an okay hotel, the rooms are fine and have good views.

PPengguna TetamuWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
