I randomly chose this place because of the good reviews, and it definitely earns its high rating. Excellent service, they upgraded me right at check in and were extremely friendly. Room and facilities were top notch, including free laundry service. There’s a cool pool bar downstairs as well. Would 100% stay here again.

酒店不大，裝修雅緻，就在西湖入口，去西湖相當方便，近乎是市委市府的招待所，每天都有政府客人到酒店去西湖，估計是政府接待辦的人都在那裡轉，不過用於接待的小島就閑人免進了，由保安大叔嚴厲把守，看着相當安全，餐廳服務禮貌周到，出品還可以，畢竟是政府接待客人的地方，入住體驗不錯，圖片是從酒店外西湖邊上照的。

設施：雙床房空間挺大的，沙發一推開就是外面的小花園，花園裡就是一個私人湯池，泡湯超級舒服，簡直比騰沖的還好。服務：因為一直下陣雨，所以和閨蜜就沒出去，下午到了就享受了美美的下午茶，晚安甜湯，第二天的早餐也很棒，中午因為下大雨，所以兩點多才退房走人，也很耐心幫忙延遲退房了，服務態度真的好，有求必應！環境：應該就是一個温泉度假村裡麪，坐接駁車到的房間，其他設施也沒去體驗，總體來説挺不錯的，下次有機會再去打卡。

很滿足的一次入住體驗，朋友端午來過，超級推薦[強] 首先建築很有特點，客家圍屋，外面是古樸典雅，內部是現代智能。我和先生還有寶寶，出發前管家就已經貼心的發了導航路線，到停車場了更是開了電瓶車在等候接待；辦入住還有好好喝的山楂葉水（臨走時要了一點，主要是小寶很喜歡喝）到房間衹管坐下就好了，全程都是管家在做貼心的服務，房間內早已幫我們準備好入住水果，床上的床圍（晚上睡覺不會擔心小寶會轉身摔跤，超級貼心），智能馬桶🚽，智能窗簾，還有入住水果送。帶了小寶體驗他們的手工坊，小哥哥一直陪着小寶玩，我和她爸解放啦！喝着他們的手磨咖啡愜意的坐了一下午[偷笑] 晚上點了窯雞和燒烤，吃的很滿足啊[色]窯雞風味特別足，是那種柴火烤出來的味道，還送了紅薯。餐廳的早餐的很豐富，還有我喜歡的沙拉，連咖啡都是送的[呲牙]總體説這次是完全不踩坑的體驗，感謝朋友的推進，國慶一定再來發呆[憨笑]

服務：剛了服務員看到我們比較多行李，還幫忙拿上房間，吃早餐的時候還主動問我們需不需要寶寶椅，服務是真的非常好！環境：位於華潤學校裏面的酒店，乾淨清幽舒服，房間裏面還是智能小度控制的家電好方便。走路去小徑灣就幾分鐘，去吃東西的食街也是10分鐘不到，挺方便的。設施：酒店裡面有免費的小童樂園和健身房，羽毛球場和乒乓球桌也有（建議自帶球拍）停車也是免費的，2點退房還是可以到附近玩玩再走

A really pleasant stay in this place ! The room it's really comfortable, clean and super spacious. The hot springs are nice, all the amenities on it too. Staff is always around cleaning and checking that everything is okay. The food it's really tasty and has a big variety to pick between Chinese and western dishes. It's really worth it the price and I will definitely come back !

A wonderful place to stay. We had a fantastic lake view. Housekeeping ayi took great care of us. The front desk took care of all of our requests quickly. Great buffet breakfast every day. Excellent location with many restaurants and bars 2 minutes walk away. We will stay here every time we visit Huizhou.

We are a group of 14 ppl staying for 2 nights. The rooms are big and clean. The environment is very nice. We had a very delicious dinner in the chinese restaurant. We were given a private room. The atmosphere was very nice and the waitresses has very good service. We also taken the boat ride on the lake of the hotel. Then we had tea at the Tea house. The facilities are excellent.

MMariaCThis hotel has stunning beach views. It is very relaxing and quiet. I would say it can be a quiet honeymoon destination. It is quite isolated though and we did not find any restaurant options nearby, ir anything to do really, except for water sports in the beach, which is closeby. We did jet ski for 150rmb for 15 minutes, and a big inflatable water ride for 300rmb for around 15 minutes. The dinner and lunch menu are nice but I think it lacks variety. We enjoyed the prawns fried rice and the carbonara pasta. There were some cakes to buy for around 46-68rmb per slice, which we did not try. We took a didi to a supermarket and got some fresh fruit and snacks instead. Breakfast was really not very good for us as there were no western style options and it was very limited. All we found to eat was fruit (I found the watermelon was fresh in morning breakfast but not for afternoon tea). I also had some boiled corn, my kids had white bread. The staff Is very friendly yet no one there speaks English. They added my WeChat which made it helpful. The room was idyllic and seeing the sunset from my bed was amazing. My son loved the bath too. The swimming pool is not really a real pool but more like a pond for a quick splash. I would come again for 1 night only and enjoy a quiet time, but for families, singles or people who like more active holidays I would say there are many other options. We also stayed at the Howard Johnson and that one has a huge amount of options and activities for children, teen and families.

EEvergreenOceanSummary of Scores: Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable. Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room. Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes. Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The first thing that caught our attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere we looked, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It was such a relief to know that the hotel prioritized hygiene and cleanliness, especially during these times. One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. ʚʚ ღ ɞWell, where do I begin. We booked a month stay in Wei Gang Wan in Huizhou to be close to family. We travelled from Hongkong international airport in taxi (approx. 2 and half hours) to the address provided by trip.com which turned out to be the wrong address. And then phoned the customer service in the evening to be told it was the completely wrong building, we had to to get an electric scooter down with all 4 large luggages and 5 people in, luckily we had the help of family to get about as its fairly remote and there's no taxi service around. The location was adjacent to local amenities and right by the beach. But you have to have Wechat - a Chinese App) to get all the info where to go and how to get in the room. It was not straightforward as we expected especially after 30+ hours journey and at night time. The room has a sea view but different to pictures they advertised. Asked to change to a room like the ones they had on trip.com but told not available. Overall, the rooms are acceptable clean and spacious. The TV channels are very limited as they only had very basic package and did not subscribed to any additional packages, so it'm has very limited access to the Olympics games. WiFi is slow and restricted to access to certain western apps. The TV was old and the Backlight was faulty, however it was not replaced during our stay. Another problem was the bed surface very hard like sleeping on cardboard boxes. Despite some issues we faced, I must say the customer service was very good, they available 24/7 and always there to help. All in all, due to the location despite some problems we will consider to stay again in the future.

MMariaCWe stayed in 2 hotels during our stay in Huizhou. I would say for families, children and teens this is a really great option (even though not cheap, for 1,500rmb per night). The hotel has great amenities like table tennis, billiards, KTV, gym, around 5 restaurants (Chinese, Cantonese and Thai), around 5 pools (some of which have slides for children, and an infinity pool near the beach), a beach with water sports and volleyball very close to the rooms, and a foam party for little ones The room we had had a sea view and 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a fridge. Downsides were our room which was on tower 4 was a little old and smelt of mould, and the beach is quite noisy, yet I’d say we slept comfortably. The manager Rahal was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff does not speak English but when we arrived a front desk staff added my WeChat so we could ask for anything we needed which was very helpful. The green curry at the Thai restaurant was very nice, and breakfast had a lot of options (western and Chinese), including cereals, fresh fruit, pan au chocolate, vegetables, eggs, noodle soup, fried rice, fried noodles, waffles with honey, amongst more. There are small drinks stalls next to the hotel at the beach (bubba tea and lemon tea), a small shop to buy beach clothes and instant noodles inside the hotel, Hagen Diaz and Chinese ice cream near the KTV cubicles, and vending machines around the hotel. In summary, there are many things available and we enjoyed a good time there. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed.

The beach is two minutes away and has lots of water activities, didn’t have sun loungers but deck chairs, which was fine. Some restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a little chaotic with lots of families, took a few minutes to find a free table, but was good, all the usual. Stayed one night, great location if you want to spend the day on the beach.

PPengguna TetamuWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
