設施：酒店很有設計感 蠻漂亮的 也很高級 有浴缸我很喜歡。吹風機是戴森的，這點很棒啊。有膠囊咖啡機，nespresso的。酒店還有送餐機器人，自己點的外賣也可以幫你送到門口，這點特別好！前兩天在另一家酒店都沒有送餐機器人。 服務：Fiona經理前一天我還在上一個城市的時候就有提前致電來詢問我第二天大概在什麼時候到，給我備註來酒店的時間，無煙/有煙房，同行的人裏有沒有小孩等一些問題，沒有佔用很久時間但是會覺得很用心在經營。

太棒的森林酒店了，待夠了鋼筋水泥的叢林，想要逃離到大自然，呼吸樹木的能量，這個酒店完全超出我預期，住的山景一號，樓上樓下兩個房 樓上的房間非常出片，樓下陽台一個浴缸小朋友泡的相當舒服～最驚喜的是萌寵樂園，去過那麼多萌寵樂園，在這裡是最能感受到動物自然快樂生長的～喂胡蘿蔔的時候小羊直接撲到我身上來，還被羊蹄踩了一腳～四周的景色都很美，晚上走的湖心島，有種仙境的感覺～一定還會再去！

環境超愛，不管是在房間，客廳，還是花園哪怕是一體成形的旋轉樓梯不誇張的説每一個視角都是景觀，一線海景可以讓你發呆很久很久…從床品再到洗漱用品再到精選的茶具套裝再到特意佈置的迎賓花藝等等這些，除了讓我倍感温馨更看得出來酒店主理人很用心。衞生一點都不輸於七星級酒店服務更不用説了炒雞的貼心，很值得推薦的一處住宿。

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

We got a free upgrade as we are visiting during the lull period. The nice room is nicely equipped, nicely maintained, and has a large balcony looking out at the river. Both the day and night views are amazing. Special shout out to Whitney Huang who took very good care of us at breakfast. We got free entrance to the onsen area as part of the hotel stay - which was amazing.

We booked the family room, which is like a suite with a living area that it suitable for hosting visitors. Honestly that was the best feature of the room, plenty of space for 3 people to spread out and also for any visitors. There was a weird smell in the room from time to time which we couldn't quite pinpoint. Overall cleanliness was otherwise OK. Do note the location of the hotel is a little hard to find as the hotel is tucked behind another building so there is just a small alleyway for you to get to. Local drivers seemed familiar enough though so if you are getting to the hotel by taxi no issues.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.
