A very well located and simple process to checkin. The bathroom etc was perfect and I had a wunderbar sleep. If I visit Dortmund again, I will prioritise staying at these apartments.

RRob KruijerPerfect location to visit the Christmas Market. Online check in possibility is convenient but only if the machine to give out the key card works properly. We had to go to the receptionist after errors on the screen so it did not save us time. There was no water cooker in the room but this was solved by the reception. Be careful though when pouring it tends to leak heavily and I got boiling water on my leg. In the room above us were children running around and screaming which made the experience less enjoyable but this is not something the hotel can be held responsible for and is lack of supervision by the parents.

PPengguna TetamuA Home from home room, and the first ”hotel” I've stayed in with a dishwasher in the room. Room was clean and well presented. It was a strange mix, of a self catering unit and a conventional hotel room. Decor was modern and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen and as large as the rest of the room. Only downside was the shower drain was partially blocked so excess water built up on the floor and turned the room into a swimming pool. Reported it to reception whom arranged maintenance to attend to it.

SSB74Hervorragendes Stadthotel in perfekter Nähe zur Innenstadt, zum Bahnhof sowie zum Deutschen Fußball-Museum! Wunderschöne, gemütlich eingerichtete Lobby und Bar. Außergewöhnliches, wunderbares, vielfältiges Frühstück bis 12:00 Uhr! Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt! Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Absolutes Wohlfühl-Hotel. Wir können dieses Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und haben hier als Familie (2 Erw. + 1 Kind) ein wunderbares Wochenende in Dortmund verbringen dürfen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Weiter so!

AAlexeyIt's so strange place) Good location, good room, but uncomfortable atmosphere. When we lifted up to our floor, strange girl is laying on the hall sofa. Hotel was almost empty, but the cleaning personal knocked to our door in the morning at 9 am, and told that we need going out from the room, although check-out at 11 am. At night, the porter turned off the lights in the hotel lobby and left, but the doors were open and anyone from the street could enter the hotel. It's not safe.

LLeongEugeneCame for business trip intertabak but brought my wife and son along. Breakfast had limited choices but sufficient for business trip. Croissants are goood crispy and soft inside. Friendly Floor staff was kind enough to help store breast milk for my wife as there is not fridge or freezer in the room. Good location in the city to explore. They also let us check in early as i wrote to them prior to check in. Thumbs up. Able to rest after a long early flight.

KKandeyClose to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.
