Ubicación excelente, al lado de todos los lugares de interés, personal atento y agradable, instalaciones reformadas y en buenas condiciones, la habitación era enorme con balcon y todas las comodidades, relación calidad precio de 10, sin duda hotel para repetir.

I recently spent two nights at this hotel. It's well located, literally a one minute walk from the grand central square. And close to everything else you may want to see in the old city centre. I was greeted by the owner who was super friendly and welcoming. I spoke Spanish but he told me that he could speak English. I had a single room on the 4th floor, back side of the building. I would have maybe gone for a double front facing but it was the weekend and this was all that was available. The room was small but ok for me. There was a balcony facing a big interior area behind neighbouring buildings. I would have sat out there if it wasn't so cold at the time of my visit. The room was well heated. 4th floor wifi didn't work (I informed the owner of this) but I could pick up a weak signal from the floor below. There's no breakfast included but there are plenty of options nearby. Cafes, bakeries and restaurants. There are also a couple of sets of tables and chairs in reception where you can sit and could bring your take away food. To sum up, it's not particularly fancy but you're not visiting this impressive city in order to sit in your room. For me, the approach of the friendly owner/manager really made a difference to my stay.

The hotel was within walking distance of the tourist centre. Restaurants were still putting out tables at 2100 and very reasonable priced.
Great choices at the breakfast different types of, cheese, ham ,bread ,cereals and too good selection of cakes

LLynnVelez_MalagaThe hotel's location is excellent, within easy walking distance of everything in Salamanca's historic centre. At the same time it is very quiet with good soundproofing. We booked a superior room which was spacious with a comfortable sofa as well as a very wide and comfortable bed. The pillows were super comfortable too. There was an electric kettle as well as a coffee machine, and a small fridge., bathrobes and slippers and even a little box of 2 Lindt chocolates. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with dual rain head and hand held shower heads. Everything was very clean and we heard no noise from housekeeping staff servicing nearby rooms in the mornings. We very much appreciated being able to check in to our room immediately when we arrived at 12.30 pm, having expected to need to drop off our luggage and return to check in later. Check out time was not until 12.00 pm which avoided the need to rush and we were able to leave our luggage stored for another few hours. The price/quality ratio offered by this hotel is extremely good. There were very few negative points and only minor ones. The water pressure in the shower could have been more powerful and the washbasin counter had a strange angled surface at one side which made access to the wc slightly awkward. The volume limiter on the TV remote control was set so low that I could not hear it at all even when standing right next to the TV. I appreciate the need to avoid excessive noise for neighbouring rooms but I think the volume could be raised slightly without inconveniencing other guests.

PPengguna TetamuStayed on a recent business trip at the start of March, a wonderful hotel in a great location. Attentive staff very willing to help with your every need make you feel welcome at all times. Avoid the rooms at reception level mine was terribly noisy although very nice other than that.

PPengguna TetamuNot worth the money. Our stay cost us over £100 for one night and we stayed in a brilliant 5* hotel in Madrid for the same price. (I think they raised their prices dramatically because of Semana Santa - rip off) The room was extremely basic, there wasn’t even any water provided. The shower head was rusty and dirty and there were hairs and mould bits all over the bathroom floor, and hair on the bed sheets. After complaining and being assured it would be re-cleaned, we came back to see no difference. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The AC didn’t work very well and loud boiler noises kept us awake during the night. If this was advertised as a budget hotel then fair enough, but not worth the price we paid and I definitely will not be returning in the future.

El personal ha sido de lo más amable, respetuoso, servicial… al tiempo que divertido. Especial mención a nuestros camareros preferidos Chely, Raúl y María (creo… la que estuvo en el desayuno con nosotras). Han sido súper agradables y divertidos. Aparte el resto del hotel ha estado fenomenal. Está situado a las afueras de Salamanca, muy fácil y rápido para entrar, y con aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta, no se puede pedir más, y para ir el centro un taxi nos costó baratísimo, así que la situación no nos pesó. Las habitaciones muy buenas, la cama muy cómoda… No hay pega ninguna vamos. Muy recomendable

PPengguna TetamuSince 2013 I have been staying at this hotel during four weeks (second week of May - first week of June) a year. Since my first time here, I have felt like being at home. All personnel are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay. Their offer full breakfast with great hot and cold options; and you can enjoy it while contemplating one of the most beautiful views over Plaza Mayor (main square). Furthermore, location is unbeatable. Overall, I love staying here year after year; I already consider them part of my extended family!

Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.
