We completed our riding tour of the Alsace with our last night in the Parc. Our room was huge, as was our bathroom. The bed was also huge and very comfortable. We had dinner elsewhere and breakfast in the hotel's breakfast room. Staff there were excellent as was the buffet breakfast which we shared with our fellow riders for the last time. The hotel was nicely located in relation to the city and the railway station was only about 400m away.

Count me as a satisfied guest! I checked in a couple of hours ago and have so far found everything to my liking. First of all the location is great. You are literallly steps away from the train station, and also just a 2 minute walk from two restaurants including the 'Au Bureau' pub/Brasserie. The rest of the restaurants are no more than 5 min beyond that. I like the classic style at this and other Best Westerns. Recently I have stayed at severarl of the competitors on the lower price end of the scale and find this so much better. Those competitor places often have very small rooms where you just can't relax properly. I am in a single room, and it seems a very good size for one person. The rooms and especially the bothrooms have been recently renovated, which I appreciate. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that they did not try speaking English to me without asking. I notice in the reviews that some people don't like the fact that the hotel doesn't have its own parking. To that I would say that this hotel was built before most people had cars. it's very hard to retro-fit the building to accept cars. However you can park on the streets near the hotel after business hours for free until 9am. There is also a private car park about an 8 minute walk away.. I'

This hotel is well located, close to the old town in a quiet street. Rooms are equipped with large bathrooms, very clean and well decorated. Breakfast is great with possibility to have a French one for a reduced price(5€.) The staff is competent and friendly.

LLe petit bordelaisTrès bien situé. En face de la gare, belle vue sur le canal. Petit déjeuner copieux et divers. Grande salle de petit déjeuner pour profiter de la vue sur le canal. Grande chambre avec grand lit et salle de bain agreable, peignoire. Bémol j'ai demandé à ce qu'on me donne de nouvelles serviettes, la dame (probablement surmenée, trop de travail) a posé les serviettes par terre le temps que je rentre poser un sac dans la chambre. De plus, ayant réservé via la plateforme trip, l'accueil n'avait pas connaissance que tout était réglé donc attention à vous, regarder bien sur votre appli ce que vous avez déjà payé avec mail de confirmation à l'appui.

DDmitrii L.Что касается отеля, всё чисто, и находится близко от центра, так что, всё идеально. Помимо этого, номер приятно удивил. В номере есть кухня и ванная. Дальше, мы очень вкусно завтракали. В гостинице предлагается типичный французский завтрак, с круассанами, кофе и сыром. 👍😊

PPengguna TetamuEl hotel está junto a la estación de trenes, al pie del centro de la ciudad. Algo que ya sabíamos, nos hemos alojado en el Ibis Styles con el que comparte edificio. Las habitaciones del hotel no son grandes, más bien pequeñas y el diseño del edificio en las esquinas no ayuda a mejorar su distribución. Las camas no son nada cómodas, de hecho en lugar de una cama grande que hay en otros Ibis Budget, eran dos camas individuales bastante pequeñas. Además de pequeñas no paraban de moverse y separ****, lo que al final no ayuda (lo contrario) a descansar. La limpieza es correcta, pero solo hacen la habitación el primer día. El Wifi se puede utilizar bien. El personal del hotel, solo hable con un chico de recepción, amable y servicial. Además entiende español (hablaba con el en francés), algo que comprendí cuando entre nosotros nos hacíamos preguntas y el me las contestaba.Luego me contó que su pareja es dominicana y todo encajaba. Lo cierto es que los precios de los hoteles están subiendo demasiado, hoteles simples y económicos como este se estan quedando en los 80 (y más) euros noche sin desayuno, precios no que no compensan. 100 con desayuno al otro lado del edificio.

CCornelianiWe stayed one night while driving from Italy back to The Netherlands. I do not have much expectations of 'highway hotels', but this Holiday Inn definitely needs some improving. The room smelled like it hadn't been slept in in years, the door of the bathroom had signs of rotting, there were spiderwebs on the ceiling, stains on the carpet. The staff during breakfast was very welcoming and doing their best but the breakfast was very poor (flies on the meats, fruits that were not ripe) and the carpet on the floor of the breakfast area was so dirty (large stains) that I would not even let my dog stay there.

Very pleasant , and very helpful & friendly staff on site. breakfast excellent, price very good. Ideal fir solo traveller and as base for many other areas. Room spacious but modestly furnished, self-catering facilities excellent, Mulhouse itself a very interesting place & easily accessible from airport. Basel a short train trip away.
