Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Penang, Malaysia

2nd time visit this year. Love the location but the best is the staff who were all friendly. Maybe because of school holidays and company trips, the hotel was full occupancy. Long queue for breakfast and things were not replenished or breaking down. The next day when they left was much better. That said, still have to give my praises to the staff who worked extra hard during peak period

The hotel is quite large with convenient parking, and there are many great restaurants nearby. Some attractions are even within walking distance. If I get the chance to visit Penang again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

I have upgrade my room to 1bedroom suite. My family and I love the room. My kids enjoy the bathtub. Hotel location is good too as it is near to the airport. It only cost me about RM14 by taking grab from hotel to airport. Will definitely book again..

The hotel's design is quite industrial. The front desk staff can mostly communicate in English. The room is a bit small and feels like it's cobbled together from different sections. However, it's fairly well-equipped. Breakfast: Limited selection. They have vegetarian sandwiches, noodles, coffee, and eggs. There's the Blue Mansion nearby, which you can visit for a fee. In the evening, there's a food court next door with a variety of food and drinks, definitely worth checking out.

Hotel was clean and service was very good. Room was large and comfortable . Swimming pool on eleven floor is a plus on hot days. Good view of the town and the sea from our room. Strategic location in the heart of Georgetown. Close to Komtar, First Avenue Mall and Pragin Mall. Short walk to Cecil Market and Chowrasta Market with many eateries nearby selling Penang local delicacies.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby and several other big malls for shopping, plus plenty of dining options. However, the room size is relatively small, the lighting is a bit dim, and the soundproofing is average – you can hear the flushing sounds from next door. I hope they can improve this. Also, the breakfast selection isn't very extensive.

Everything is good, except there is no bidet in the toilet. Location wise is very good. Malls were just next door. Walking distance to Cecil street marlet for breakfast and Kimberly night market for dinner. Next to komtar Top and there is a nearby michelin nonya restaurant as well. Room is well maintained n clean. Had a cake at the Hotel cafe but doesnt really taste nice, can skip though 😅 Otherwise, everything is good.

Nice hotel, strategic location near foodcourt, cafe, street food, bus terminal and also Mall. . Booked at deluxe room, room spacious, get 4 pillow, TV, mineral water, but water wastafel is too small in my hotel room. . Check in smooth, nice staff, and there is parking lot for car.

Overall building looks tired worn aged Cons Most annoying when hotel room has NO convenient power point next to bed, so unable to charge phone whilst in bed chatting, surfing the net, finally found a power point down on skirting board by side wall where bed is tucked right up to it but not working, and has an extension from it to another power point with broken trailing cables! Wardrobe doors creaks loudly, Gym opens 8am which makes it difficult to have a workout before showering and ready for days activities. My second pet hate is when room wardrobes have only 2 hangers? Surely any sane clean person has more then two attire for a stay?? Two coffee sachets for two guests per day! 1. The hotel is located approximately 10 minutes from Penang Central. 2. Facilities such as the swimming pool are well maintained and remain as good as they were 10 years ago. 3. The breakfast provided is varied and appealing. 4. There are limited halal dining options around the hotel. 5. The towels had a musty smell despite appearing clean, as if they had not been properly washed.
