Sangat Baik

Last week, we stayed here for the second time, and had a great experience once again. This elegant hotel has clean and spacious rooms, very good breakfast with ample choice and an excellent restaurant. Service is friendly and efficient. There's a swimming pool on the roof with nice views, but closed this time of the year, of course. The city center is a 5 minutes drive, and the location is ideal for excursions to the many interesting towns and places nearby. If we are in Forlì again, we will be back !

FfanWe are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good . Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it . Never happened in this 4 star hotel . The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room . We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

Ci è piaciuto moltissimo il self check-in, non l’avevamo mai fatto, i proprietari molto cortesi e disponibili, la nostra camera( una quadrupla) molto spaziosa con bagno interno, balcone, condizionatore e tv, Wi-Fi. Ogni piano ha una cucina in comune alle altre stanze. Ma cosa più importante la pulizia, veramente eccellente. È situato in una zona tranquillissima vicino al centro. Ritorneremo sicuramente quando passeremo da queste parti.

PPengguna TetamuHotel carino subito in ingresso autostrada zona Forlì! Camere direi di buon confort ma non eccelse! Bagno scadente con box doccia anni 80! Non sicuramente da 4 stelle! Stranezze della vita mai successo in un best western, pagamento anticipato all’arrivo!!! Probabilmente avevano paura che scappavo senza pagare! Buona la colazione! Per la comodità della posizione lo consiglio, per il resto penso in Forlì si trovi di meglio! Alla Reception non molto simpatiche!

Mi sono trovato molto bene. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, buona la pulizia, e letti comodi. Il personale è sempre disponibile e pronto ad assistere, rendendo l’accoglienza calda e piacevole. La colazione è abbondante e di qualità. Inoltre, l’hotel vanta una posizione strategica, vicino ai principali punti d’interesse, facilitando spostamenti e visite. È un’opzione ideale per viaggi di lavoro e vacanze.

Great hotel with amazing staff. We selected this hotel as it is close to the Imola Race Circuit (30mins away) and wanted somewhere that was good value and located close to a town. It ticked every box and more! Rooms, inc air con were great, service by everyone was superb and a great breakfast included. We stayed 3 nights, thoroughly enjoyed hotel, Forli (Imola) and would have no hesitation in returning. As for value, including breakfast X 2, for just under euros80 a night! Will definitely return. Having looked at other poor reviews, I just don't recognise the same hotel.

If I'm ever in Forli, I will definitely stay here. A good place to visit the city. Near the train station (15 minutes walk), from which you can go on a trip to Bologna or Rimini, for example. Very nice and helpful staff! Room clean and sufficient.
