Fantastic 5* hotel. From the reception staff to the concierge, the kitchen staff and housekeeping, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and clean and just a 5 minute walk to the main road where all the shops are. The breakfast was fulfilling and we were spoilt for choice. Loved my stay here!

Lovely hotel in perfect location. Stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute. Hotel is just across from the sea and is well situated for public transport to get around the island. Didn't eat here but the rooftop pool and bar area was fab with large seating area. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily. If we ever venture back to Malta we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ideally situated in Sliema. Not on the main boulevard, which means not as much traffic/noise, but a mere 2 minute walk to get to the hussle and bussle of the boulevard. Our room was on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel, which meant it was super quiet (only a church bell could be heard). Large room with extra pullout chair. Safe and little fridge available which were a welcome bonus. Bathroom large as well. Unfortunately, it did get quite hot in the bathroom because there was no window which we could open. The aircon in the room did help a little, but only when the door of the bathroom was left open. One of the twin beds had some issues with springs sticking out. This made for uncomfortable sleeping. The other bed creaked, making a lot of noise. This was mentioned to the front desk and dealt with promptly. Room otherwise fine and clean. Breakfast was fine. Lots of sweets, but also bread, croissants, fruit (salad), scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, cereals, yoghurt and more. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we really liked this hotel for many reasons. We would definitely choose Mr Todd again if we went to Malta.

We had a great experience! The hotel is located between the seafront of Sliema and St. Julian. there is a bus stop outside of the hotel. It took us around 8min to Sliema seafront. Please keep in mind that if you are not on the seafront it can be a little bit step for some. We used app ecabs for taxis on some occasions, which we highly recommend. The Hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. We started on bad foot as we had super early arrivals and the room wasn't yet ready (this should not be a surprise to me but it was, shame on me). Never less receptionist was as helpful as she could and offered us complimentary coffee. We left out baggage in a safe room. She called as soon as the room was ready and ensured we have a great stay. The reception area, terrace and bar were furnished lovely and all staff was helpful. We stayed in a room with a balcony, you could see the sea from. The bed was large and comfy and the room was large enough for both of us. The top roof terrace and pool area look great with a seating area and sunbeds. There are a few details which perhaps could be finished better but overall non of that affected our state. We had breakfast included. It was a good selection of food, hams and cheese, eggs, bacon, fresh salads and fruits, sweet pastry, yoghurts and more. We stayed for 5 days and was leaving very early, hotel provided a packed breakfast. we have to mention the cleaner who did a great job every single day, and we got fresh towels each lovely day. Overall our experience was wonderful and we would return.

Dear team of the Maltese Sun, Your hospitality and service is absolutely fantastic. Instandly you feel at ease in this beautiful charactaristic Maltese house. Many details, like the chocolads and a bottle of water in the room, makes you feel very welcome. Breakfast on the rooftop, is every morning a pleasure to look forward to. great quality, served by lovely people! The love for plants shows everywhere. The location of your guesthouse is soo good; quiet but on walking distance of beaches, shops, but also the beautiful authentic streets of Sliema are there. Our stay at your guesthouse attributed to a lot in a very positive way to our vistit to Malta. Thank you so much! We defenitely stay again at the Maltese Sun when visting Malta!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay in Malta! Located in Slima, you were just a few minutes from Valletta by boat or by bus. It was an area with easy access to other part of the Island. Slima was a great choice to stay, there was loads of stirs, restaurants and markets near by. About the hotel, all of our love. The staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. They even have sauna and a small pool. I would 100% recommend the experience. If I had to say a down side, it was the stairs. The hotel has no elevators. They do tell this on their website and it wasn’t something that bother us. Over all, 100% great experience!

We stayed at Europa hotel for 3 nights. It's located across the road from the Mediterranean sea(Yes just across the road!!), in Sliema, a lively town(especially at night). Our room was like brand new with a king size bed and a spotless bathroom with hot water 24 hours a day. The room had a flat screen TV, AC/heater and was spacious. Room was cleaned everyday with towels & toiletries changed as well. From the airport, just outside arrivals, a bus takes you to sliema and drops you at Ghadir stop just 1 min walk from the hotel. A short walk from the hotel is Sliema waterfront with shops and restaurants and a ferry service. You can get a 10 mins inexpensive ferry to the capital Valletta from the harbour in Sliema. Also, buses from the bus stop across the road from Europa hotel go to Rabat and Mdina so it's very good location wise. Staff was very polite and helpful and the hotel has a dining area by the main reception where you can have/order food or just wait and relax.There is a lift in the hotel. A++ to Europa hotel from our side.
