a perfect getaway for the weekend. we arrived late and only stayed a night, wished that we couldv'e stayed longer. very satisfied with everything! if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation this is the trip! expect no good data service although they have wifi but who cares, it's the most perfect time to do away with the hussle and juggles of a busy life. customer service is impeccably one of the best from arrival and drop off! we were greeted with a warm welcome, accomodated beyond expectations, and the staff were extremely helpful! food- delicious! the menu was limited when we were there but food was great! I cannot complain! kudos to the Chef! the place itself is a gem! it's so beautiful! we initially booked the beach front but moved to the hilltop room which was in my opinion was better! it had an amazing view! if you decide to stay make sure you check out the whole resort! there are a lot of picture perfect spots! it was a lovely stay at Balay Kogon!

i got to stay for two nights in this hotel and it was as pleasant as expected. i loved the smell of their bed linens and bathroom towels. the scent of their toilet upon first entry, however, is kinda moldy. the type you encounter when a room is kept closed for soooo looong.... there were no shower cap & sewing kit in the toilet amenities. i had to ask housekeeping for these items and voila.. they brought me what i needed in two minutes tops. well done! i had a view of the midrise buildings within the area. it kept me reminded that i was rather billeted in one of the uppermost floors. nice! had there been somebody who assisted me with my luggage, i would have given this hotel a perfect score. i would be coming back.

I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. I booked a room for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel and they exceeded my expectations . Even though their cable TV is not working , you still get the value for what you pay for. The room size was just right. Complete toiletries. The swimming pool is clean and is free of use. Breakfast is satisfying and staff are helpful. Good location too. Just a 10 peso jeepney ride to Parola Port if you wanna go to Guimaras. Just 2 rides from Ceres Terminal coming from Carles , Iloilo. Short walk away from several fastfood chains and SM delgado. Highly recommended

Ggibo_27We had a great stay at Zuri Hotel. We arrived early at the place, so we taught of leaving our things first at the lobby then go out for lunch before checking in. But luckily we were allowed early check-in which is 4 hours before the actual check in time.
Location is great - situated at the side of SM Iloilo and just near various restaurants and attractions. Staffs are great as well.
The hotel amenities are still in good condition. Flat iron and ironing board are both available at the room.
The only negative thing for me would be that the shower heater is not so strong.
Buffet bfast is great - with a wide variety of delicious food, and they offer different food in other days. Another great thing with the hotel is the rooftop infinity pool with a pool bar and jacuzzi. This is a plus.
Will surely recommend this hotel and will surely come back!

DDennis TFront desk service: There is none outside the standard 8AM to 5PM office hours. You'll be lucky if somebody actually picks up the line. Having stayed here for quarantine purposes and not being allowed to step out of the room, this ”no service” is a big no no. Non-front desk staff: The bell hop is pro active in bringing up ordered food. I gambled with ordering food from the outside as I couldn't order food from the hotel simply because there was nobody picking up the line. Luckily, the bell hop would bring up the food ordered from the outside. I would've starved if they didn't bring the food up. Room: Everything is old. The bed was not comfortable. The fridge had to be changed as it was not working. The cable tv line up was really bad as well. The floor was dusty. Room slippers? They're old and crumbly. The moment I slipped my feet in them, they ripped. I just laughed it off as I was just tired getting upset anymore. Breakfast: Better order food from the outside. I was told that the food in this place is good. Fake news. Will I consider going back to this place? If there is another quarantine hotel, I wouldn't stay in Hotel del Rio anymore.

IIslandsoulAt checkin, we had to ask to exchange to the room we booked. Walls are thin, our room next to cleaning staff rest area. Very noisy. Late at night and early in the morning at 7am, they knocked on our door asking to “check water heater “. I told them nothing was wrong with it, but knocked again an hour later. It was very scary, as if they wanted to get into our room.
Front desk apologized but did not have an explanation of why the water heater needed to be checked. Will not stay again.

LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a ”pocket wi-fi”. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
