I actually stayed in Juweira hotel (adults only), because Rotana was overbooked. I'm glad that I stay in Juweira - it was calm, clean, food was good without waiting lines. Special thanks to Ann - Rotana's manager, very professional, who helped me with Juweira booking and introducing these hotels area. I had breakfast and lunches in Rotana- It was good, good choice and good food. Hope to come back one day:)

- Special thanks to reservation team ( Naveed ) for doing his best to fix my reservation after my flight delay, and special thanks to the manager ( Suranga ) for his cooperation and understanding. - Special thanks to Housekeeping ( Rjoo ) , he is very nice and friendly and helpful. - Thanks to housekeeping Staff Taimoor & Ahmed. - I liked the breakfast menu, moreover the breakfast chefs, and restaurant staff are friendly. - Ps. This is my second stay at the hotel, both times the hotel misspelling my name on the reservation which bothers me!

Ottimo Hotel in una nuova zona turistica, ma molto pulita e perfetta per il relax (a parte gli ospiti dei resort molto grandi vicini che rubavano presto la mattina tutti gli sdraio in spiaggia cosa che deve essere assolutamente migliorata, ma noi andavamo presto:) piacevole colazione senza troppe persone con il gentile Nerage e l'ottimo chef Moataz che preparava uova in ogni modo sempre ottime! Avevamo la vista sulla marina che e' piacevole, ma qualche sera si sentiva la musica un po' alta, i serramenti non sono molto buoni e anche la porta della camera lasciava entrare il rumore dell'impianto di condizionamento generale, ma non ci dava piu' di tanto fastidio. Una menzione speciale alla sempre premurosa e sorridente Rasha e a Murad per la gentilezza e le ottime pulizie.

The hotel has a great location. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has a big variety of food. The room is very clean but the only problem is that the hot water takes time. Much recommend! I enjoyed my stay

Я осталась очень довольна своим пребыванием в этом отеле. Планировала остаться на одну ночь, но так понравилось в отеле, что продлила ещё на день. Огромное спасибо Мохаммеду за бесплатное улучшение номера. Хочу отметить, что сотрудники отеля очень отзывчивые и они сделали моё пребывание приятным. Завтрак в арабском стиле, очень вкусный - арабский сыр, оливки, овощи, яйца, кофе. Рядом с отелем много кафе и магазинов. На пляж ехать на такси около 15 минут, пешком около часа.

Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Remember to buy your Lubaan from salalah for cheaper and better quality. Thank you to Amjad and the manager for the upgrade. Ma Salaama

I stayed at Fanar Hotel in Salalah as a solo traveler and had a great time. The location is beautiful, right by the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay 🤗
