Bilik berharga 2,000 yuan semalam memberikan pemandangan sampah Bilik itu menghadap tempat letak kereta dan runtuhan. Sarapan pagi tidak sehebat hotel empat bintang domestik Bilangan hidangan panas adalah kurang daripada 3, dan ia pada dasarnya adalah nasi goreng dan sosej yang berkualiti rendah.
Kemudahan bilik sudah lama dan ***anya seperti hotel lama di China. Lebih-lebih lagi, penyelenggaraan bilik tidak mengikut piawaian kosong dan tiada apa-apa.
Selain daripada lokasi, hotel ini pada dasarnya tidak mempunyai apa-apa untuk ditawarkan untuk satu malam dan hotel The Hilton dan Conrad di sebelahnya adalah satu pertiga lebih baik daripada yang ini, dan kualitinya berkali-kali lebih baik. Hotel ini hanya bernilai 300 semalam, tidak lebih.

This stay offered a generally positive experience, but a few minor inconveniences detracted from it.
While the cleanliness and amenities could have been better – particularly the malfunctioning hot plate – the staff addressed the booking issue efficiently when contacted. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant.

Positives: Generally positive experience. Rooms were almost ready before Zuhur prayer and they checked us earlier before the actual timing.
Negatives: Cleanliness and amenities could be improved (especially the non-functional hot plate). Booking issues arose as we booked two rooms but only one room was appearing when we reached there, but resolved promptly by contacting trip.com.

Wow! What a hotel! It exceeded my expectations by far and I really enjoyed every moment of it. The service is amazing, especially Mr. Muhammad, what a kind and gentle man. He happened to check us in and check us out.
As soon as you enter the hotel the wonderful smell hits you. The decor is out of this world. The calm earthy colors, the subtle bling in between everything is well thought of. The complimentary elements in the hotel i enjoyed as well. Good quality coffee, plenty of towels, of diff sorts and sizes, a beautiful view! The shuttle busses were very frequent, most I waited was 2 minutes probably, but almost in all cases I didn't have to wait. All doors are opened for you and they make you feel like royalty. Breakfast was also a variety of good food. I will definitely visit again. It was cheaper than the hotels nearby.. Last I will say is Allaahuma baarik!

Hôtel situé à 20 minutes du Haram en bus. Un système de navette est en place avec un bus qui vous dépose et ramène à chaque prière. Les horaires ne sont pas toujours respectés et le bus est très souvent surchargé, cela rend l'expérience assez éprouvante. Par ailleurs je regrette le manque de communication de l'hôtel sur le fonctionnement de la navette. Mis à part une affiche sur le comptoir de l'accueil, aucune mention ou explication n'a été faite lors du check-in par l'employé. Il a fallu que je me débrouille seul pour comprendre le fonctionnement, le lieu de dépose...etc j'ai trouvé cela fort désagréable.
La chambre était propre mais manquait cruellement d'équipement, aucun ustensile de cuisine juste une simple bouilloire. La literie est très ferme, ne conviendra pas à tout le monde. Durant mon séjour, l'eau chaude n'a quasiment jamais fonctionné ce qui est fort dommageable. L'hôtel est à proximité d'un grand axe routier très bruyant, ma chambre était située côté route et le bruit était assez dérangeant notamment la nuit avec les klaxons incessants des voitures, l'isolation phonique est assez faible. En résumé, le rapport qualité-prix est correct, cela se fera forcément au prix de certaines concessions.

FFaraad KhanHotel itu sendiri cantik dan katilnya sangat selesa ditambah lokasinya berhampiran dengan Masjidil Haram dan boleh diakses dengan perkhidmatan ulang-alik bas percuma yang beroperasi setiap 10 minit. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah sarapan pagi, ia mempunyai sangat sedikit item dan ia adalah sama untuk semua hari kami tinggal ditambah beberapa makanan tidak segar. Nasihat saya kepada pengembara masa depan adalah untuk tidak memasukkan sarapan pagi dalam pakej anda dan hanya membeli dari pusat membeli-belah berhampiran. Anda akan menyimpan dan boleh memilih.

There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast.
There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish.
There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Moreover the room was very clean! And they even helped me with booking taxis every time i asked! The best part you have an amazing Haram view from the breakfast place, and its only 10 minutes walk to Haram!!

The staff at Violet Hotel deserve special mention. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The concierge service was particularly helpful in assisting me with local transportation and offering advice on places to visit.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a fully-stocked minibar. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get some much-needed rest after long days of prayers and exploration. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring the room was spotless each day.

PPengguna TetamuCheck-in: Awful. I waited patiently until one of the two clerks sent me to the doorman. ??? The doorman sent me back and upon returning to the check in counter the other clerk told me in a raised voice to just wait 10 minutes as they are busy. I was totally confused as I don't pester anyone. Anyway, I waited on a couch. Then another person walked in and that second clerk proceeded to check that person in. I looked at both of the clerks. Then the first clerk told the other that he needs to check me in first. Then first he couldn't find my booking and asked for an email from Trip. When I presented it he said never mind I found the booking. Just crazy.
Room: Okay. Bed was too soft for my liking. Only tea, no coffee. No creamer. No toiletries except liquid soap/shower gel. The desk was only cleaned in the front while the back of the desk and phone was full of dust. The toilet drain (on the 14th floor) was smelly. The mugs which were black looked like they were just rinsed and still had stains inside that I had to lean myself. I left a note requesting for coffee and toiletrie ins such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and earbuds. We got two small pouches of coffee and only one toothbrush and small toothpaste. No earbuds.
Food: We had breakfast included. We also had dinner at the hotel on one night. The breakfast was quite good except for the juice and the coffee. The dinner was a notch lower than the breakfast in terms of selection and quality of the food. I would not recommend the dinner.
Shuttle bus: Good. The hotel uses small busses that I actually preferred as we never needed to wait long for the buss to fill up. If you missed a buss, the next bus would arrived almost immediately. 7.5 minutes to the Haram and 12.5 minutes back.
Check out: perfect. We just handed in the key cards and that's it. Check out took all of 3 seconds.
Overall: The Novotel Thakher City was okay just that it did not meet my expectations. I would not rate this as a four star hotel.

While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

IIqra SMy stay at Worth Elite Hotel during my trip to Makkah was amazing. The overall experience was decent, there are a few aspects worth noting for future travelers.
The hotel itself is modern, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful place to rest after long days at the holy sites. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The service, though not exceptional, was reliable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were well-maintained throughout my stay.
One of the standout aspects is the surrounding area. There are several amazing hotels nearby that offer a variety of dining and shopping options, which added a great deal of convenience during my stay. The proximity to these amenities definitely made it easier to find good restaurants and places to explore.
However, the one challenge I encountered was the location of the hotel itself. It was a bit difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors, as it’s tucked away from the main roads. Even with GPS, I found it a little confusing to navigate, so I recommend planning your route in advance.
From Hotel to Masjid-Al-Haram it’s 7min walk, which is worth it. However, if you are extremely tired from walking then it’s bit tough. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and the taxi is bit expensive.
Despite the minor location issue, Worth Elite Hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful staff and great options nearby, making it a solid choice for travelers to Makkah.
