Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean.
The room is spacious and includes a bath, shower and balcony. You can ask for a mii box if you want to watch Netflix etc.
They have three restaurants to choose from. On the 19th floor you will find a well equipped gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a decent size albeit the water a little cold. There are plenty of places to sit by the pool.
The breakfast has a good range of food on offer and tastes good.

OOpasI recently stayed at Hotel Terminal 21 Korat and had an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The rooms were spacious, clean. The mall is the same place as the hotel.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe room was nice. I love the sofa and big table with microwave oven and dishes, excellent for those who want to order food and eat at the hotel. The breakfast was nice with various foods. Thai food here is quite nice too. The stir fried cabbage is really delicious. But the egg and noodle station have only one staff to handle both, they should have more staff to shorten the waiting time.
The outdoor rooftop had some insects on the floor and in the washroom. I found some dead insects with tons of ant right beside the pool. To be frank, the hotel was very clean in every part, but I suggested they should clean the rooptop floor more often.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a modern, elegant hotel about 3km from the Korat old city. It's also set back a little distance from the main road passing through Korat, so that it's quiet, and set in a backlane. It's just a few hundred metres from the largest shopping mall in Korat. The hotel is a low-rise building with an inner atrium with plants and swimming pool. My room was spacious, modern and comfortable, with the odd exception of a small wardrobe board for an otherwise well furnished room. Breakfast was excellent in the airy high ceiling'd dining area, with the usual solicitous service. Ideally you should have your own transport but if not, the hotel can call a car for you. This is a haven of peace and luxury when visiting Korat

PPengguna TetamuStayed here overnight while passing through Korat, because of its location (close to The Mall). Friendly staff. Took a ”VIP” room which was actually like a studio: 2 spacious rooms, incl kitchenette (halogen stove + microwave), big cooler, 2 airco”s. Clean & everything in good working order. Enough power plugs + small bedlamps. Only odd thing is that the shower/bath is next to the bedroom, while the toilet can only be reached through the ”living room”. Ample parking in front of the hotel. 2 minutes walk gets you in The Mall. Very good deal.

NNttmngที่พักโดยรวมดูดีสะอาดใหม่ทันสมัย และราคาถูก แต่ว่าที่พักนี้ไม่มีลิฟต์ แต่ราคานี้ถือว่โดยรวมดูดีมากๆค่ะ พนักงานน่ารัก แต่สิ่งอวยความสะดวกไม่เยอะ เตียงไม่นุ่มค่ะค่อนข้างแข็ง

PPengguna Tetamuโรงแรมอยู่กลางเมือง ทำเลดีมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ราคาไม่แพง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีครบ อาหารโรงแรมอร่อยและราคาไม่แพง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย พนักงานโรงแรม ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้ความช่วยเหลือเรื่องต่างๆได้ดี บอกเลยว่าประทับใจการให้บริการทุกอย่างของที่นี่ พนักงานน่ารักมากๆ ทุกคนทักทายยิ้มแย้มตลอดเวลาที่เข้าพัก และเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี คงต้องกลับมาอีกแน่นอน
