ห้องใหม่และใหญ่กว้างขวาง คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่พัก ที่นอน King Size เป็นการเอาที่นอนเล็ก 2 อันมาประกบกัน ไม่ใช่ King Size จริงๆ ของใช้ในห้องมีให้ครบครัน ได้ห้องพักชั้น 1 แมลงและยุงค่อนข้างเยอะ

The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Mall which is great as you get access to restaurants and other amenities without having to go too far. Location wise it's somewhere near the city centre so getting around Korat is pretty easy too.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The room is spacious and includes a bath, shower and balcony. You can ask for a mii box if you want to watch Netflix etc. They have three restaurants to choose from. On the 19th floor you will find a well equipped gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a decent size albeit the water a little cold. There are plenty of places to sit by the pool. The breakfast has a good range of food on offer and tastes good.

I was in Nakhon Ratchasima visiting friends when my visa was set to expire. I went to the immigration office and was told that the requirents for extending hai visa in this province were very strict and depended on establishing residence or housing while on extension. The immigration office recommended that I check into a hotel or go into Bangkok and file for the extension there. I checked into the Imperial Hotel. EM, the Front Desk Manager, who speaks excellent English very patiently worked with the Immigration office and completed the requisite forms. Upon return to the Immigration office, they called her three times to verify my occupancy at the hotel. EM very professionaly represented me during this stresful time and I was ultimately awarded the extension to my visa one day prior to the Songkran holiday when the offices would be closed beyond my visa expiration date. Em is a very professional and experienced Accomodation manager who deserves recognition for her role in helping me meet the Immigration requirements. She is an asset to the Imperial hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends based on the way that Em managed my situation.

Service at front counter was quick was given a room I believe at the old building first problem encountered was a keycard reader failed to read keycard thus have to walk back to front desk to get technician to resolve to quite a while for it to be solve, next bath tub was rusty, aircon metal clattering sound unsure what’s happening followed by a musty smell and then there’s a smoking smell, light by the bed not working overall still can live with it as I lowered my expectation

Pengangkutan yang mudah, tenang berhampiran gedung serbaneka, tidak sesak, bilik bersih, sama seperti bilik mandi yang sangat luas. Air mengalir dengan cepat.

Hotel is good budget hotel with good breakfast. Car parking is good, and resturant has a good menu of affordable food. I have stayed here 4 times.

On this trip, I decided to explore Thailand more and travelled inland to Korat (aka Nakhon Ratchasima) in the north-east Isan region (about a four-hour, 209 baht bus ride from Bangkok) for a week. Because it is a long way from the sea and a lot hotter (41 degrees), I was looking for a hotel with a pool. The Romyen is very conveniently located, about 10 minutes walk from the centre, but off the main street so it proves an oasis of calm. The pool, surrounded by trees, has lovely warm water and towels are provided. The hotel cost more than my usual budget but it was worth it for all the quality. The large rooms were very impressive with crisp modern lines and an uncluttered Japanese/Zen-like simplicity (there seemed to be a lot of Japanese influence in Korat, with cafes, restaurants, karaoke and a GINZA area). A quiet efficient air conditioner, a big fridge, free water, a kettle with tbags and coffee sachets, a flat tv with many channels and a balcony all added to the comfort. As the food in two of the three Isan restaurants we tried had disappointed, we ate mainly in food courts (The Mall, with its spectacular waterfall and beautiful fish ponds, and Terminal 21 both offer excellent cheap local food -- this is the same Terminal 21 where there was the recent terrible massacre) and the hotel restaurant which was consistently excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed their gyoza dumplings, their wontons stuffed with prawns, their spicy pork and chicken dishes. My only suggestions would be safes in all rooms and a bookcase so that travellers can swap books. All in all, highly recommended.

ナコンラーチャシーマー市街地の西部にある7階建てのホテル。スラナリー広場をはじめとする市内観光スポットがある旧市街エリアからは相応の距離があるもののホテル周辺に夜遅くまで開いている食事処が数多くあり利便性はまずまず。幹線道路の国道2号線や国道304号線、さらには旧市街エリアとの市内交通の便も上々。老舗้のホテルらしく館内・客室ともに木目や大理石パネルを惜しみなく用いた装飾を施している辺りは～90年代創業のホテルの標準セオリーに則った演出であり嫌味のない高級感に好感が持てる。寝具をはじめとする家具や空調・バスルーム周りのハードは老舗らしく上質なものが奢られており価格に対する満足感が極めて高い。7階建てのホテルとはいえどコラート市内においては未だ高層建築物であり、上層階の客室からは意外なほど遠く先まで見晴らしのきく眺望もまた素晴らしい。

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir einige Tage in diesem Hotel, so auch 2023. Leider war der Aufenthalt dieses Jahr enttäuschend für uns da wir feststellen mussten, dass aus diesem Hotel seit letzten Februar ein sogenanntes ”Hundehotel” gemacht wurde. Der Einzug in unser Zimmer wurde bereits mit einem aggressiven lautem Gebell eines Bullterriers begleitet. Nachdem wir mehrere Hundebesitzer mit ihren Hunden im Hotel gesichtet haben wussten wir Bescheid. Auch das Frühstück hat ganz stark nachgelassen, angefangen von kalten Spiegeleiern bis zu den fetten Mayonnaisen zu den Salaten usw. Die Angestellten sind nicht gerade von überbordender Freundlichkeit, was wir bei unseren früheren Aufenthalten nie festgestellt haben. Im Zimmer hatten wir am weißen Schrank für den Fernseher noch arge Schmutzspuren der Vorgänger. Leider hatten wir unsere Rechnung bereits bezahlt sonst wären wir in ein anderes Hotel gegangen. Das einzig Positive am Ganzen war der Preis denn der war im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren erheblich niedriger, das hätte uns schon stutzig werden lassen sollen. Wir werden dort nicht mehr buchen, schade!
