Located in the center of Phayao city, this modern hotel is less than 30 minutes from every highlight attractions in the city. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and all things looked new. We had a pleasant night. Breakfast was served at ”Happy Mori Cafe” in front of the hotel next to its parking lot. More than 20 a la carte dishes (including Thai, American, Japanese, etc.) and more than 10 lists on beverage menu (including coffee, cocoa, milk ,soda, etc.) to be chosen (1 dish & 1 cup). We chose ”Mori pan-fried egg + fresh milk” and ”Stir fried rice with northern Thai sausage + ovaltine”. What a delicious breakfast! Only negative comment is there was no elevator, so we had to carry our (heavy) luggage to the fourth floor. Overall I think 750 bath/night is worth spent for.

Nous avions réservé 7 chambres dans cet hôtel un mois auparavant pour la famille et des amis à l'occasion de notre mariage (Juste l'hébergement car le mariage a eu lieu dans un village à 15 km de Phayao). Cet hôtel est à 10 mn à pieds du centre ville et du lac, ce que mes invités ont beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel est attentionné et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, avec téléviseur, réfrigérateur, climatisation, bouilloire avec sachets de thé et de café. Placés au 6ème étage côté Est, nous avions une vue splendide sur le lac et la ville. On peut accéder gratuitement à une salle de fitness et à la piscine. Possibilités de profiter de massages sur place moyennent paiement. Petit-déjeuner en self copieux et orienté pour tous les goûts. Très bon wi-fi dans les chambres. Parking gratuit au bas de l'hôtel. Il semble que les avis des anciens clients datent de 3 à 4 ans. Je pense que depuis 2016, l'hôtel a été entièrement rénové. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.

We booked a twin room. But when staying back, get 1 double bed, causing a waste of time to go back down to tell the staff to change rooms again Without any room upgrades in spite of the sloppiness of the staff The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the lake and many nearby restaurants and 7-11. It is also a slow 15-minute walk to the weekend night market. Although not much Don't forget to go early as it closes around 10 PM, very convenient. Simple facilities, 3-storey building, no elevator. It's not a concern for most people as long as you are healthy and mobile. The small cafeteria on the ground floor has a cozy atmosphere and the staff at the cafe are friendly. Food was ok for the price we paid. I can't ask more On the other hand, the lobby staff is not friendly and enthusiastic. Not that she was rude It's just that she doesn't care about her face when she talks to you. No looks or a welcoming smile. Overall it was up to our expectations as the room was clean and spacious. Not a bad place for a short day.

I went to Payao on Jun 11-12, 22. I stayed at Naga Tara. The resort staff were so nice. The female reception in daytime was so friendly and kind. She tried to help us rent a motorcycle, even it had been fully booked. Unfortunately, there was not a name tag nor we did not know her name. The staff escorted us to a villa at the first time by resort buggy. The room was nice, well decorated, and well designed. In the morning, we could experience the atmosphere of Payao lake, sitting by the lake and felt the wind on our faces. The breakfast was good. We could swim at night since the pool was accessible from our room. The floor near the pool was broken, I thought it need to be fixed. The resort is not far from the bus terminal and easy for travelling. I will absolutely visit again next time that I go to Payao.

NNatpakhanNice location, beautiful and adorable, super comfy bed, Very clean and compare to the price of booking for sleep is really really cheap and valuable. My first experience is I was booked for the cheap one and it was city view but still don’t see anything except the buildings at 5th floors. Next time I’ll books the lake view which is add more for like 100-200 baht and I guess it would be great to see the lake view. Me and my girlfriend were having a great time together and the breakfast cost was so good and valuable for the price that we paid for.

PPengguna TetamuExceptable to the price but very noisy because the whole building is build from wood so it’s make noise every steps when you walk and there is no hair dryer in the room or even when u ask reception there is none. The car park is very small and the entry/exit to carpark is very narrow. If you exit the hotel in morning and you park your car in the wrong spot it’s likely that you can not take your car out because another can park behind your car.

Boiled eggs, rice soup and a noodle dish. The second day they offered us an American breakfast, but we found a restaurant we wanted to go back to. The restaurant name is Cupcake at Phayao.

Camera molto ampia e spaziosa. La colazione sufficiente si fa all'ultimo piano da dove c'è una bellissima vista sul lago. Sempre sulla terrazza c'è il servizio ristorante che ha un menu molto ampio, il servizio piuttosto veloce. Abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere un consiglio su come muoverci al ragazzo della reception ma non sapeva parlare granché in inglese, per fortuna abbiamo risolto comunicando con google traslate. Nelle vicinanze c'è il lungolago ma non si raggiunge facilmente a piedi, la strada non è sicura per i pedoni, soprattutto di notte.

The hotel is on the Lake front in Phaoyao Thailand. It is a bit isolates from the down town core. The building is new and the main tower is 7 stories. It has an elevator. The hotel is one of the more expensive in town. There is no on site restaurant so you have to go across the street to KU-sa restaurant. There is a 7-11 5 minutes down the road. You can drive to the lake front in about 5 minutes.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived in Phayao tired after a day of traveling (June 22, 2022) and were having trouble finding affordable accommodation and ended up here as it was the cheapest available. Well, we got what we paid for. I found the reception staff rude and when we got to our room it felt and smelled like the room was sealed for the last couple years. The smell of staleness and mold was terrible, there was mold on the walls and dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Maybe we were simply the first people in the room after covid but that was our experience. The place has a lot of potential and it wasn’t all bad. The bedding was clean and shower was nice, the cleaning staff were pleasant and we were able to park our scooters in their parkade.
