I had a great stay at Dazzler by Wyndham in San Isidro. The hotel was very clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the strong police presence in the neighborhood—it gave a real sense of safety and peace of mind. The food at the hotel was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

When I paid it in TRIP it was supposed to be all inclusive even the taxes Thera what I read in my payment, however when I arrived they asked me to pay taxes again because I am Peruvian and I got into Peru . But I already paid taxes. My complaint is basically go both TRIP and IBIS.

Greatly appreciate that they let me check in early. Greatly appreciate that they helped me with my luggage. Hotel had filtered water so I saved on buying bottled water. Hotel had excellent wi-fi. Excellent A/C. Plenty of power outlets Elevator was quick. Breakfast is acceptable. Excellent lighting in the room. Nice hot shower. Quiet area. 10 minute walk to Airport Express bus. 15 minute walk to Malecon or Kennedy park. The area feels safe. Oxxo about a 4 minute walk. Safe in the room.

Reasonable value for money. Breakfast is nothing. Service staff speaks English, profesional service.

Our stay at Sheraton Lima was absolutely amazing ✨🏨. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every detail of our stay — the delicious food 🍽️🥐, the excellent service 🤍, and all the additional amenities that made our experience even more special. Waking up in a comfortable king-size bed 🛏️, enjoying the breakfast buffet, and relaxing by the pool with refreshing drinks 🍹🏊♀️ made our time here unforgettable. The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.
