Overall, clean place, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Some of our petty, yet disappointments: both end tables were sticky and had not been clean for a while; could not run fan all the time on hvac unit; flat pillows and no in room microwave. Also, for light sleepers, be sure to request top floor. We were on second floor and could hear kids running and doors slamming all night. Would not hesitate to stay there again knowing these things.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was wonderful. The room was clean and inviting the bed was comfortable. The staff was so friendly every single person we encountered. They were kind helpful. Everything was perfect in this stay. We love the proximity to everything downtown the comfort of the food, the snacks throughout the day in the parlor. could not have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to going again.

DDalton KernThe hotel is a quaint place in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Wonderful breakfast! However, we forgot a bottle of wine we had purchased in the room and they failed to inform us even though we didn’t get our car from valet for several hours after checkout AND they identified us as the people that checked out when we picked it up. Sure, it was our fault that we forgot it but I expected a higher level of service from this hotel.

We decided to take a family/business trip to Charleston SC, and after researching and reading the reviews, visiting the website, we decided to book with Hotel Bella Grace! A Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city!! We appreciate the attention to the interior details, custom fixtures and finishes in our room, this is very unique and thankfully Not the standard boring corporate design. The hotel location is walkable to shops and restaurants and they offer gated valet parking, who were always polite, friendly, and quick to get your car. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly from answering questions and gave us suggestions for activities with our kids. The Service was outstanding and professional, check in and check out was excellent. The beaches are a short drive away, easy to drive to and find parking. Next door is a excellent restaurant,.fyi.. Our Room was spacious and clean. The staff was accommodating with any additional requests we needed. I highly recommend Hotel Bella Grace! We are planning on staying again soon!

Pros:
- great location, close to attractions, restaurants, shops
- Wifi works well
- rooms are relatively clean however I found a few hairs here and there
- rooms are spacious enough
- Check-in is at 4pm officially but our room was ready at 2pm so we could check in
- mini fridge in room
- the hotel is nicely furnished and decorated
- 24-hour fitness center
- 2 complimentary bottles of water
- Coffee machine in the room
Cons:
- staff at the front desk could’ve been friendlier
- bed too soft and pillows too thick
- A/C didn’t work properly—the room was either ice cold or hot

PPengguna TetamuThe best things about the Hampton Inn were the location and the hotel employees. The hotel is 15 minutes to half an hour walk from Charleston’s major attractions, including shopping, and twenty minutes from the airport. Charleston is made for walking. It is compact, clean and safe, so we walked everywhere. The attitude of the front desk employees epitomized southern hospitality. The hotel offers free breakfast which is basic, but satisfying. Room cleaning is offered upon request.

The room was very comfortable and very clean.
The pool was very nice but a bit cool due to it’s always in shade between the Hotel and the neighboring building.
Complimentary breakfast was a variety. From dry cerial, to hot oatmeal or grits, to waffles to eggs and fried potatoes with peppers. Very Nice.
Only one suggestion would be to add a couple of towel holder hooks or racks so to be able to reuse.

Tempat letak kereta adalah mudah. Satu-satunya negatif yang saya ada, ialah TV di semua bilik diimbangi dalam kedudukan yang luar biasa, yang menjadikannya sukar untuk menonton dari mana-mana sahaja di dalam bilik.
