Ctrip menyatakan bahawa sarapan pagi di kedai ditambah $11, tetapi hotel mengenakan bayaran $38 mengikut kadar rak, berkomunikasi dengan kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan menunjukkan nota pesanan Ctrip, tetapi biarkan kami mencari Ctrip. Bayaran letak kereta adalah jelas $18, dan caj kad kredit ialah $25. Kemudian, saya pergi ke perkhidmatan pelanggan Ctrip untuk memulihkannya. Just had a wonderful stay in the San Jacinto suite 501! Gorgeous room with breathtaking floor to ceiling views! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, was that there was extremely loud jack hammer demolition going on in the pool area which made it a horrible day by the pool. That being said, They comped our second night, and were very apologetic. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and even sent some wine and goodies to our room for our birthdays! Hotel is very clean, has quite a few nice amenities, coffee bar in the morning, beer and wine social hour everyday at 4:00, and is centrally located in Palm Springs! One thing they might want to improve upon is the lighting in the bathroom. Very dark, and hard for hair and makeup. Looking forward to returning next year!!!! Thank you Chloe and Ahmed!

We had an excellent experience from the minute we walked in the door. Tired from a week long festival in the desert, we were greeted by super nice people that took care of getting all or baggage to our room; And we had a lot! The bed was compfy and the towels were big and soft. Altho we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities this time, we will certainly be back. Oh did I mention how friendly and attentive they were? They went above and beyond!! Thank you!!

The location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort.

OOnAir35206552360Our first time at this hotel, although we come to Palm Springs normally twice a year . Loved this property . Rooms are cute and very clean, and have little snacks for free . The pool is so warm , 92F, it makes swimming much nicer in the cool December evenings . Steven and Mary are the day and evening managers , both are absolutely lovely : genuinely friendly and excellent hosts . The breakfast is good , a selection of baked goods , yogurt , eggs, fantastic coffee , tea , fruit , etc . Good location near many amenities. Outdoor heaters , fire pit , BBQ,s, pop corn a, laundry for guests - everything you need and more . Gorgeous views from some rooms and the whole pool area - which is lovely with lots of palm trees, plants and humming birds . The hotel has a communal, nice vibe , guests are nice and friendly to each other . Great value for the price , we will be back !

I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.

TTaryn NicoleStaff were helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. Food was delicious. Only complaint would be the pool being very warm so much so that it wasn’t refreshing. Perhaps they could improve this by adding some kind of shading to the pool area. Otherwise a wonderful stay in a central location.

CCedecedPrice-wise the place is very reasonable. The pool was the perfect! The warmest that we were in during our visit to multiple pools throughout the weekend. When the place gets parked parking can be an issue but they will do their best to accommodate you. Lastly the most frustrating part of the stay was the key card door for our room which you had to stick in and out multiple times to get it to recognize the card which is really frustrating late at night when you really have to use the restroom and can’t get in the room immediately. The doors to the rooms should be as easy to get into as the door to the hotel itself. It did have everything we needed microwave, fridge, coffee pot, iron. It’s not most up to date location but it’s definitely work the price and proximity is great.

PPengguna TetamuCompared to most of the Hotels in Palm Springs, L3 only charges a small fortune, which is why we chose it. It was originally a Motel and has had a reasonable make over. We had a room middle of the block overlooking the car park equal distance from two roads. It may have be nice to have a room overlooking the Pool Area, but this may get noisy when the Hotel is Busy. The Rooms themselves have had a make over and are OK, the problem is that there is not air movement, you cannot open the window, if you leave the door open the alarm goes off, so you either have to leave the Aircon fan on, not to noisy or turn the aircon on which was noisy, WiFi is rubbish, I ended up purchasing an Unlimited Data Sim from Walmart which work very well and is actually cheaper than L3's WiFi charge ! There is no lift access to Level 2, maid service is only if you ask for it and not daily. Room Layout is OK, the Toilet & Bath/Shower have their own room with a door, but the Wash Basin, Mirror is next to the Bathroom in the bedroom, annoying at times. Parking is Free but really don't understand why there is a daily charge for use of the pool and crap WiFi !! Palm Springs Cable / Tramway up the mount is fun, Ricks for Breakfast is great, classic US Dinner, Boozehounds next door is a great Bar and Restaurant and Bill Reed's just down the road is fun, huge restaurant and menu, no outdoor area.

The Ace Hotel & Swim Club is a modern desert oasis with 2 deep pools, a spa, a gym and close to downtown Palm Springs. I enjoyed my Ace Suite with King bed, upscale living area with vintage furniture like a steamer trunk, guitar, record player and more. There was a private patio, fireplace and bath with a shower & tub. I relished the meals at the onsite Kings Highway (modern roadside diner) especially the Belgian waffles and breakfast burritos. The Feel Good Spa offers guest a laid-back massage and other spa treatments. I opted for the Deep Goodness Bodywork treatment to alleviate my tension and soreness. So, if you are looking for a hotel with a desert chic, natural hot springs and a mountain backdrop............then try the ..........Ace Hotel & Swim Club..............a resort framed by a mountain backdrop and modern homes.

MMarioInitial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

PPengguna TetamuI was expecting a rather poor experience based on some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that the room was recently remodeled. Also everything in the room looked new expect for the shower on-off lever which was strange. Anyway, everything was good but I will note the room was very small but considering the low price I’m not complaining.
