Instructions for the key and access to the unit was clear and easy. They provided enough information including where to park which was very convenient. The unit is acceptable, however the carpet and sofa was used and you can see stains over it. Towels and basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. There's also a water dispenser, kitchen utensils, for basic kitchen needs. Overall, the location is good and comes with an incredible sunset view.

Everything was good. 5mins drive to Mydin and other local shops. I had a pleasant stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here whenever i come to Kelantan

the room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

They had a amazing breakfast buffet with locals specials , the view is amazing since it’s the tallest building in kota bahru

Great apartment and very clean. Easy check in experience, great communication and lots to do in the city. Good central location. The pool was also brilliant. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore the city of KB or as a stop on the way to or from the islands.

Excellent service. As soon as we arrived at the lobby, the staff immediately opened and closed the car door for us. I've never encountered such service at any other hotel. Keep it up! The room even had a bathtub and a shower cubicle. Sarongs (kain pelikat) and prayer mats were provided for prayers. The room view was also beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kota Bharu. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious.

The location was really convenient its 20minutes away from the airport and near local markets, restaurants and night markets. The staff and amenities were nice. I know it’s an old hotel but some paints are peeling of the wall but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at ibis Styles Kota Bharu with our family. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable, with a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was well maintained and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were good and convenient for families, and the location made it easy to get around Kota Bharu. Had a solid stay overall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the receptionist was welcoming. The building is old style, but the room and bathroom were comfortable. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Parking is available but very limited. Iron is available but had burnt residue on it from a previous guest, so I couldn't use it. Breakfast buffet is decent and gets the job done. Gym and pool area were quiet, but the pool water wasn't clear. There is also a paid massage chair in the lobby. A hassle-free option if you just need a reliable place to stay.
