Bilik itu bagus, dan sarapan paginya sangat baik. Walau bagaimanapun, kerana kami melanjutkan penginapan kami selama beberapa hari, pengemasan tidak begitu cekap. Gim ini sangat bagus, setanding dengan hotel lima bintang, dan terdapat juga kolam renang; ia adalah salah satu hotel terbaik di kawasan itu.

Setiap kali ke KB, keluarga saya pasti akan menginap di Grand River Hotel kerana hotel ini dekat dengan Sungai Kelantan dan kampung suami saya. Terima kasih kepada Wan Aisyah kerana memberikan bilik yang berdekatan untuk keluarga saya. Jenis bilik yang kami tempah ialah bilik King dengan katil besar, dan keluarga saya dapat tidur yang mencukupi pada waktu malam. Cucu-cucu saya sangat suka kolam renang hotel tetapi amat kecewa kerana pada hari kedua hujan turun sehingga malam.

Pengalaman menginap saya di Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort amat menyeronokkan. Suasananya damai, dan persekitarannya indah – sangat sesuai untuk percutian santai. Biliknya bersih dan selesa, dan kakitangannya mesra serta sangat membantu sepanjang penginapan saya. Sememangnya tempat yang sangat sesuai untuk merehatkan minda. Amat teringin untuk kembali lagi!

Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini selesa dan perkhidmatannya baik. Namun, saya berharap pihak hotel dapat memberi lebih perhatian kepada kebersihan bilik. Bantal yang disediakan mempunyai sedikit bau yang kurang menyenangkan dan terdapat beberapa helai rambut. Saya juga perasan ada habuk dan sedikit sarang labah-labah di sudut bilik. Jika perkara ini dapat diperbaiki, pengalaman menginap pasti akan menjadi lebih selesa.

1. Dinding dan lantai bilik air bernoda dan berkulat.
2. Katil perlu divakum dan dibersihkan, manakala cadar dan selimut perlu dibersihkan dan ditukar kerana kulit saya gatal tidur di atasnya. Saya perlu menutup katil dengan cadar saya sendiri yang saya bawa bersama.
3. Sofa berhabuk dan tidak selesa untuk diduduki.
4. Tuala ditukar hanya atas permintaan. Perlu ditukar setiap hari atau sekurang-kurangnya selepas 2 hari.
5. Lantai perlu divakum sekurang-kurangnya selepas 2 hari tinggal.

Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again.
Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6.
Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side.
Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking.
Overall, all is good.

GGuest UserBooked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.

AAnonymous UserOverall, our stay was okay and quite comfortable. The bed was clean and we had no issues sleeping. The hotel itself is nice and looks good, but the furniture seems a bit old, which might be why there was some dust and a slight smell in the room (nothing too strong).
In terms of cleanliness, the room could use more frequent cleaning. There was dust on the bedside table, phone, curtains, cabinet, and the table in the room. When placing food on the table, ants appeared quite quickly, so the table needs to be wiped more regularly.
As for the toilet, it was generally clean, but some extra cleaning would be appreciated, especially in certain areas that were slightly dirty. If there are any damaged parts, it might be good to replace or repair them.
Overall, the experience was still okay, but improving cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much better.

AAisah ShaharudinStayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient.
However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

GGuest UserCheck in was quite late. Took 30 minutes just for us to check in. We had to wait at the lobby. After driving 6-8 hours from KL, and really wanted to check in the room to freshen up, being tired and exhausted, this really tested our patience.
Thank god there was kids play area at the lobby. So my girl 6yo could entertain herself after sleeping in the car along the journey.
So that was good.
The room was okay, not too big no too small. The toilet and shower was only divided by Glass door, wish they had a closed area for the toilet.
Location was strategic as it’s near to Pasar Siti Khadijah.
Came to attend a friend’s wedding and got to shop some local stuffs as well. Food in Kelantan not as good as before.. Went to Ulam Cikgu, and the food was not that good. Tasted better at Singgey Budu and Meghek in KL.

GGuest UserI will always booked this hotel for my parents whenever they visited Kelantan. Although its an old building, but they maintained the cleanliness of the hotel and may need some refurbishment. the location is the ultimate winner, with lots of shop lots within walking distance

The room is comfortable, breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. However, renovation works are currently ongoing, including the rooms, dining area, and swimming pool. The dining area is rather small and not as spacious as usual.

GGuest UserWe stayed here over the public holiday break—yes, it was a bit crowded, but that’s understandable. The resort is really close to Pantai Bisikan Bayu, and we enjoyed a nice walk around the area. The pool was a big hit with my niece and nephew—it’s huge, with lots of seating around it. Pool opens at 9am; would’ve loved if it opened a little earlier.
It took me a while to find the shower by the pool, so having a few more or clearer signs would be helpful. In our room, the sink was clogged and the fan wasn’t working—maybe the maintenance team could do regular rounds to check. I may book direct to resort next time as it is cheaper to direct booking. Found out after I had to add another room.
Anyway, we had a good time!
