Hotel ini bersebelahan dengan sungai. Pemandangannya cukup bagus. Suka gim dan kolam renang. Tetapi tiada kolam untuk kanak-kanak kecil. Bilik itu sendiri agak ok. Saya menempah untuk 4 orang iaitu 2 katil berkembar. Tetapi katil itu sedikit lebih kecil daripada katil queen. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah pengalaman yang menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini.

The hotel looks premium and clean. However, need some update on the lobby decoration. Deluxe King Room. Room condition clean and tidy. Room light ambient subtle but no option for bright light (not ideal for working at night). The bathroom is spacious but hot water temperature level is low. Toiletries is well prepared as well as all the other accessories in the room. Television is the old school type (CRT box tv). Sufficient power plug for charging electrical device. Wifi speed was decent. Room service is just ok. The front office staff was friendly but not helpful. I was not offered a smoking room or non-smoking room during check-in. Unfortunately, I was given a smoking room. My room was stench with cigarettes smokes from other room. When I call room service for enquiry and request for a room change, they did not offer any room nor no apologies. The only answer I get was ”all the room are full”. Overall, the facilities and cleanliness is satisfied. Better hospitality service is much appreciated.

Hotel pertama untuk direview 🛖The Orchid Hotel Sibu -terletak di Persiaran Brooke, Pekan Sibu, saja pilih hotel yang dekat dgn attraction site by walking distance -hotel bertaraf 3⭐️ -book melalui trip.com rm109 with breakfast ( guna trip coin so free ja lah hehe) - hotel agak lama 25tahun dah beroperasi -sampai agak lewat dlm pukul 7pm, proses check in cepat dan layanan staff friendly 5⭐️ -jarak dari airport ke hotel 40min ( guna grab rm38) 🛖 Bilik -jenis bilik twin bed room -keluasan agak sempit, 10m2, ruang solat pun ngam2 ja. -kebersihan 6/10 -bilik air pun sempit -furniture mmg dah lama -lantai fully carpet -bantal dan tilam just ok. 🛖kemudahan -parking available dan limited -bfast ala carte sahaja, nasi lemak, donut, karipap, ketayap, coffee/tea, dari segi rasa so so ja 🛖persekitaran -dekat dengan semua tempat attaaction by walking distance, pasar malam sibu, Sibu Eng Ann Teng Tua Pek Kong Temple, sibu central market, Sibu Gateway Pintu Gerbang Sibu, Lin's Swan Garden, Sibu Heritage Centre 🛖Value for money -yes and okey la untuk harga yg dibayar, org kata U get what u pay hehe. -sesuai untuk semua jenis percutian, kawan2 or family. Tapi x sesuai untuk honeymoon hehe.

Stayed here for a quick 3 nights in a very quiet Sibu town. Sibu is now no where near its glory days 20 years ago. Pros: - Location: central in Sibu town and easy access to plenty of good food, to the wharf and other attractions - Staff: friendly, warm and accommodating - Food: probably one of best local food amongst the many hotels in Sarawak - Room: dated but clean & spacious Cons: - Room: very dated and old system for cable TV. Time for an upgrade to attract the younger crowds. Centralize air-conditioning needs refurbishing and update as well. Takes a while to cool down the room. - Hotel - during its hey days - used to have a lounger and bar. Would be nice to this being revived again Overall, a very pleasant stay and my choice of hotel in Sibu

Tidak mengapa untuk didiami. Ia adalah hotel yang agak lama. Walaupun penghawa dingin itu kuno, ia cukup berkuasa. Perkhidmatan meja depan tidak buruk. Satu-satunya perkara yang tidak boleh diterima ialah hotel ini tidak mempunyai wifi . Khidmat pelanggan mengatakan ia rosak. Saya tidak tahu bila ia akan dibaiki. , sama seperti tinggal di gua primitif, tidak boleh diterima.

Its a clean hotel, minimalist.has the basic ammenities. Working hot showers. However, low rise rooms has no view.you need to upgrade your room to get a view. nearby to foodcourt and subway rastaurant. A bit further from main town, you need car to walk to town.but great accomodation. The parking is a bit difficult to find if you happen to be there during eating hours.

I was travelling to Sibu for work and manage to checked in to Win Hotel for few days. After for so many months stop traveling on business trip due to COVID, i finally able to checked in here. The hotel is disinfected every day. The lobby is small but with modern look with waiting area and some sofa provided. Receptionist was quite friendly except when i told them i will be check in later than my actual date, without really taking note of my booking number, they insist that i can’t check in the next day. Had to make a second call to clarify and highlight on my booking number. The room itself is clean, not smelly or carpet smell, with it’s door security is by card accessed. Toilet is clean too with special design on the bathroom glass door. There is no door for the toilet, but you can swing wide the bathroom glass door and become your toilet door. Aircond is cold too. Not a centralised aircond, but a split unit in individual room. Don’t expect much on the tv channels or programs, neither a smart TV. Bed, pillow and comforter is quite new considering this is a new hotel. And it is comfy. I enjoy my stay here and i like the open space design on the hallway or middle of this building. That is why i am attracted to this hotel. Overall, for hotel evaluations i consider this is a very cheap for a 3 stars hotel. Worth of staying both for family trip or business trip. I would stay here again for my next trip to sibu.

The hotel's location is very strategic since it is located in the heart of Sibu. I'm also satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided in the room, also the rate is very affordable. However, the major drawbacks of the room where I stayed was its design. There's a wall located right in front of the main door, and it separates the bed and bathroom area. The aircond was improperly put above this wall against the bed (instead of facing it). Other than that, it was great.
