This place was amazing!!! Great service and great place to stay altogether! Food was awesome too!!!

This has been a breathtaking stay at Waka Villas (7 star quality indeed). The private Villa with Pool and an interior of traditional mixed with modern minimalism and warmth, was ever so welcoming after long days on tours. Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals. We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs. And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people. Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love. Looking forward to booking here again!

Waka Villa is definitely the best highlight of this journey. We stayed there for 4 nights, having received the most wonderful food, hospitality, massage. The hotel was well designed, new and cozy. We have felt the most warm welcome and attention to details from the hotel management team.

Amazing treatment from al the staff. They will make you feel as a king during your journey there. Totally recommend for families and couples peaceful and amazing place. If I have chance I will definitely chose to live there for all my life up to stop for a few days. Rooms and pools are as well amazing. Thank you for everything and see you soon Waka family.

Everything is perfect. Beautiful architecture and gardens, amazing staff, delicious food, wonderful spa, large well equipped fitness room and incredibly well equipped pool villas. the bed and the bathroom and the rest was squeaky clean and comfortable . Staff , food and facilities super. Sam Seam was so good front desk,SEng Vanity ,Ken SOkhoeun and Bonnie from the spa were excellent . And not to mention the least the Manager with his pink sports car LOL.

A great hotel for a special vacation. A large well-equipped and luxurious villa. Exceptional cleanliness. Helpful and wonderful staff who were attentive to all our needs. Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Absolute privacy in the villa. A fun pool that completes the feeling of a perfect vacation.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. We booked directly through the website which gave many additional perks (one free tuktuk ride per day, free 90min massage, breakfast included, free refills on minibar). The communication with Seam at the hotel before arrival and during the stay is super easy and efficient. The entire staff was super friendly and attentive and always made sure that nothing was missing. The owner himself comes to say hello and check if everything is ok and if anything should be improved, he is lovely as well. Starting with the villas, they are absolutely exquisite. The private pool is the perfect size and it’s wonderful to take up to a view of a pool with lots of surrounding green. The living room area is huge and the smart TV makes for a nice change to have a quiet afternoon in to avoid the heat. The bathroom is beautiful too with a large standing shower and bathtub. The bed is very comfortable and large too. Overall, the villa is perfect. The breakfast options are delicious and it’s all day breakfast until late afternoon so no rush to wake up early and eat before heading out. The restaurant itself also has great lunch and dinner options; the food is all delicious. The main swimming pool in the hotel is also excellent, its actually quite large and deep enough if you want to swim. My husband had used the gym which was nice and clean. It was small but had all the basics you would need while on holidays. The spa was amazing. We did our free 90min massages which were included in our package and its one of the best massages I have had. I would definitely recommend hitting the spa during your stay. Overall our stay was exceptional and our next trip back to Siem Reap we will definitely be back here for our stay.

My wife and I stayed for twelve nights , we booked through the hotel website and received fantastic freebies such as two 90 min massages Free mini bar replenishment daily tea coffee milk , chilled mineral water Washing every two days , free daily tuk tuk and free SIM card to message desk and roaming Biggest comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on Villas are top notch everything you could want Fantastic fittings and furnishings Pool in Villa was beautiful The winding path leading to villas was beautiful and manicured with trees shrubs and overall ambience was peaceful quiet and tranquil Many hotels offer unparalleled levels of service,but rarely deliver This place truly does , the staff all smile and welcome you every time And they genuinely care about your wellbeing and holiday experience The breakfast served al, day and cooked to order was wonderful and no rush if you’re up super late or come back after being out truly a refreshing idea The place is spotless and nothings too much trouble No hard sell on tours etc loved that The staff always happy to help or chat or offer advice where to go and instruct the driver what you require The hotel is just out of town 2 dollars in a tuk tuk away from the madness Great location for access to all sightseeing and pub street We had a wonderful holiday made perfect truly by the hotel and amazing staff We’ve travelled extensively and stayed in some very nice places WAKA villas are the finest hotel experience I’ve ever sampled and definitely others could learn a lot from their philosophy how to treat guests and ensure their experience is truly unique and enjoyable If your planning on visiting siem Reap then forget hotel chains Stay at WAKA villas and experience something truly unique with outstanding accommodation,service and the most wonderful staff .

Very friendly staff. Our receptionist is Seam and he is very thoughtful and friendly. He provided us lots of advice and helped us arrange the trip to Kulen Mountain. The hotel is new. Very nice facility. Spacious room with lots of sunshine. Breakfast is good too. Make sure u try their honey passion fruit drink it’s sooooo good

Beautiful villas among lush tropical gardens. Love the elegant Japanese aesthetic-- window walls, gorgeous floor to ceiling sliding wood doors, bathroom with beautiful garden feel (like an outdoor shower-- indoors!), meticulously furnished with local craftsperson touches. Sparkling pool access from bedroom or patio dining area Outstanding staff-- so warm and attentive! They truly made us feel like special guests. Lovely spa (and the best massages of our trip). Resort is a quick $2 tuk tuk ride from shopping and Pub Street-- nice to get a little feel for the city driving through, while avoiding the hubbub of staying in a commercial zone, or being far out from the activity. Most impressed by the commitment to the local Siem Reap community. Absolutely recommend!
