Ulasan Cheata Residence

The first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable. I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel. The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible. As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better. I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation. The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.

The room is nice but the location is a bit from the city

市街地から離れていますが、部屋の広さは十分です。 池が横にあるので小さな虫が入ってきます。 バスタブもあり、熱いお湯も出るので、アンコールワットを歩いた後の疲れはしっかり取れました。 屋上からの展望が良く日の出、日の入りがキレイに見れました。 空港から送迎無料とありましたが、新空港に替わりタクシー代が必要です。(片道 45ドル) 市街地まで、5ドル(5人で)掛かります。

場所はメインストリートから少し離れた所にありますが、トゥクトゥクで2ドルでパブストリートまで行けるし、長距離バス乗り場まで近いのでこちらにしました。プールもありとてもゆっくり出来ます。また、アンコールワットのチケット売り場までも近いのでとても便利です。

I have just stayed in probably the best hotel in Siem Reap..Cheata Residence..5 days of relaxation by pool..with the most fantastic room..and wonderful staff..have to thank them all so much..l thought this would be my last visit to Siem Reap..but will return if only to stay at this hotel again..the staff are wonderful

Stay 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. Nice quiet spot a little bit off the main road. If you are looking for a place to escape the noise of Pub Street, this is a winner. Rooms are big and clean. Didn't use the pool on this trip, but it looks like a great time to spend the day. Staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

From the moment I arrived I was treated kindly and lovely by all the staff. The room was fabulous and the atmosphere and relaxation vibes were perfect. I was a solo traveller and felt very safe and looked after. Food was fabulous. The pool was good. A driver was ordered within minutes if I wanted to go anywhere. I would definitely recommend. Thankyou to all for making my stay so lovely.

The hotel has the most respectful and considerate staff; always greets everyone with a smile. The staff is also dedicated to maintaining a clean environment for everyone and listens to any request you might have. The food is exceptional, and the swimming pool is clean regularly - not too deep, so children can also play.

It was a stunning experience to enter and see everything for the first time. The lobby and rooms have wonderful interior design that's both spacious and cozy, and the exterior design with the swimming pool perfectly matches everything else. We were also greeted by friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with every part of our stay. The food was also filling and delicious.

Warm welcome as we arrive. Staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area that gives a cozy feeling. A room, bed and bathroom are very clean. Outdoor area and swimming pool is exceptional pretty and clean. I highly recommended.

Every part of our stay was met with excellent service by the staff and clean facilities such as the room, swimming pool, and dining area. It was very easy to relax with the comfortable beds and delicious meals they had to offer. It is an excellent place to stay for solo travelers, couples, or family.
