Ulasan Palm Village Resort & Spa

The Palm is in a more secluded area which is very nice and quiet. It is close to Angkor Wat. There is a temple nearby and there is chanting during certain hours of the day. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. There is also a restaurant/cafe on site.the cabins are very nice and quite clean, however the bathrooms are smaller. Overall, we’ve had a very nice experience.

I’ve been traveling and stayed at many hotels in my life but that was one of the worst stay. On the way to the hotel, the road was very bad and when I checked in at night, there were so many bugs everywhere. In the middle of the night, when I was sleeping, some people knocked on the door and tried to open it. That was very scary experience and couldn’t sleep at all. I booked for 2 nights but on the next early morning, I checked out and moved to a different hotel. Didn’t feel safe at all.

The staff was most welcoming, they let me do early check in free, it was very nice and so needed.

The bamboo house is very unique, with good outdoor facilities and friendly front desk service. The interior is a bit old, and the facilities are somewhat dated. Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent.
