Spacious, relaxing and very clean hotel. I love the hotel interior - with minimal decor which made it look more elegant. The staff were very courteous; friendly but professional. We appreciated the early check in which gave us some needed sleep since our flight was past midnight. We tried the BBQ night by the pool accompanied by good music. The food at Lok Lak restaurant were great, if you wish to explore Cambodian dishes. Overall, it was a great stay.

It was a stunning experience to enter and see everything for the first time. The lobby and rooms have wonderful interior design that's both spacious and cozy, and the exterior design with the swimming pool perfectly matches everything else. Abi was an incredible tour guide! My partner and I were referred to him as a tour guide for our Angkor Way experience by a trusted friend and resident of Siem Reap. We were not disappointed. He picked us up where we were staying and took care of everything! Abi is a knowledgeable guide with an encyclopedic knowledge of Cambodia’s history. He is also genuinely friendly and charming. Seriously, our trip to Angkor Wat would have not been as deep and fun had we not chosen Abi. He is also well known as a rescuer of cats and a helper of Siem Reap’s children. We give him our highest recommendation!

The peaceful nights we spent in your comfortable beds were particularly appreciated, thanks to the absence of any noise disturbances. The room's decoration was extremely pleasant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a significant advantage, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. We also wanted to highlight your responsiveness as a host. Your availability and willingness to help greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable and worry-free. The free and secure parking was another positive point, offering additional peace of mind. We stayed at the Isann Lodge in SIem Reap for 6 nights and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to base ourselves. Special mentions must go to the reception staff, Socheata, Mouykea, The barman Chheav and of course the experience manager / GM, Evan. All went above and beyond in their duties to ensure we had the most pleasant and flawless stay and did so with the most enormous smile and enthusiasm. The Isann Lodge is a hidden gem, slightly out of town but getting around is easy with tuktuks right outside. the pool area is a heavenly sanctuary, a true jungle experience with palms, fruit trees and exotic flowers enveloping it. The hotels’ Farm to table affiliation is also an absolute delight. A short tuktuk ride away along a dusty track, a lodge appears, festooned in twinkling lights .. again a truly magical experience. All in all I would highly recommend to travellers looking for an authentic Khmer style hotel, full of character and quirkiness and one that when you wake up, there is no doubt in your mind that you are in the heart of Cambodia.
