I would like thank you FCC Angkor staff have a friendly service and they have a welcome drink and we got a free upgrade for the room the location very convenient and  walkable to local food and about 1 km to night Market

提前聯繫好的接機服務，結果落地又通知一遍到了等了一個小時都沒來，房間毛巾，浴巾洗不幹凈，幾乎每塊都有黑點子，拖鞋很臭，沒有電吹風，一次性牙刷裏配的超mini牙膏，膏體擠出來一厘米都沒有真的就是衹能勉強刷一次，而且第二天她打掃完就沒有給牙刷套裝了，等自己去要。咖啡杯上的咖啡漬，淋浴房花灑壞的，地漏也不靈，找了前台，晚上回去還是老樣子，哎，可能現在疫情沒有遊客，沒有生意，他們也沒有員工吧算了，但是真的，不怎麼樣，不會再去了

I recently stayed in Riversoul with my family and we loved their service. The people are very tidy and organised and respecting. All the people whom we met in the hotel were super cordial. If you are vegan/vegetarian or do not eat pork/beef then do mention it to them and they will ensure it isnt brought to you. We also availed special spa services for our parents and I personally took a facial. It was super relaxing. They also have tuk tuk and car services for all the tourists that you can take advantage of. They even have a swimming pool which was our relaxation spot. I also loved the minimalist theme they had as decor. You will not be allowed to eat in the room but they provide you with plates to eat inside the room or in the restaurant. I would for sure recommend this amazing stay at Siam Reap.

Very good location to food and attractions in Siem Reap. Front desk service is excellent, special mention to Thairath and another boy who was on night duty. Room is very clean and comfortable. We booked Sunbok room which was supposed to be bigger and have a swing but our room didn't come with it :( Value for money with price.

一到就有冰凍毛巾和歡迎飲料，暑氣一下全消。我們在度假村足足呆了兩個整天。 那天我們是12點半到的，原本以為要等到14點，沒想到前台介紹好環境后，就把我們領進了房間。房間和度假村的環境真的很適合放鬆身心。 早餐除了固定的麵包和水果外，飲料、配菜、主食還能另外單點，天天吃到撐。 唯一不足的就是健身房的設施太陳舊了

Bunwin Hotel is beautiful! When we arrived we were amazing how pretty the hotel, pool and rooms are. The staff (except one man, that was not always around) spoke very badly English (not understanding), which made the service not so good, unfortunately. The breakfast is basic, but the prices for other food and drinks are very high, so we didn't try. The location is fine, a bit outside of the center. I wouldn't come back because of the service, otherwise it would've been a better stay.

The hotel is with wonderful service. Residents could enjoy a nice comfortable time,in a big space.

パブストリートに行くには最高のロケーションです。 一階がカフェになっており、受付の方の対応も親切でした。 コスパを考えると仕方ないかもしれませんが、冷蔵庫がないこと、コンセントが1箇所しかないこと、夜中もずっと機械の作動音のような音がしていたことは、人によっては気にかかるかもしれません。
