Hotel Siem Reap dengan Spa

Great place with excellent service! Really enjoyed my stay and was able to meet some good people. Really enjoyed the sauna and pool. The breakfast was nice and simple just like I like. The drinks were good and they were really great at setting up tours to Angkor Wat with a guide. Only thing the gym equipment is a bit old. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Impressive accommodation. Very clean and in a quiet area. The restaurant staff and receptionists were very professional. Exceptional thanks to both receptionists, Malinda and Unno( not sure of the spelling) who both made me feel very welcome and assisted me with my Vietnamese visa. Wish I had time to stay longer. Not too far from the small quiet airport. Certainly would recommend this hotel and I hope I will return.

Service is very good. Breakfast includes American and continental type, additional beef noodle. Coffee is also great I love it. The room hot and cold raining shower is great. Pool is also clean. Car parking is also acceptable.

My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent stay !! My husband and I stayed for 4 months from June until end of September. We loved it so much last year we came back !! The location is excellent, about a 5 min walk into town. The staff were wonderful and always had a smile whenever we walked through reception and always keen for a chat. We got to know them very well and they certainly helped to make our stay so enjoyable 🙏 The rooms are excellent and they have just gone through some refurbishment so it all looks fresh !! We will be back and we look forward to hopefully seeing you all again next year .. thank you again 🙏

I booked 4 rooms at the Boutique but the immediately moved me to the Golden Temple Residence next door. To be honest, the photos of the ”luxury suite” on my booking at the boutique looked a lot nicer than the room I stayed at next door at the Residence. Staff are super nice and friendly, also the spa is very well priced and offer great services. The pool was super nice, and the staff are there if you want a drink in the pool. The breakfast was also decent, but I think it lacked a lot of main course breakfasts foods.

While staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

This is a 5 star hotel in central Siem Reap. It is luxurious but not pretentious. Though the classic room is their ”starter” room, it was superb. We were two adults and a child. The boy slept on the sofa and they provided bedding at no charge. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The room was elegant but not pretentious integrating a lot of wood and granite. Two arm chairs with foot rests made our stay most comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast for two days was a fixed menu, then buffet. Plenty of western and Asian options. Real bacon too. The location is central and their are tuk tuks waiting outside all the time.. Everything is within a $1 to $2 tuk tuk ride. We let the hotel arrange our tuk tuk temple tours to our specifications. The driver was a great guy, and provided iced water and iced towels Their price was the same as two other tuk tuk drivers who I emailed. They also arranged airport taxis (not free). We agreed that this was the best hotel experience we've had in Asia. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is one we would return too, which we don't often do. For the quality, the rates are extremely good value

Loved our stay. Great location with a coffee shop, supermarket and atms all within few minutes walk. Pub street and markets 5 minute walk. Nice breakfast and lovely large rooms with a great sized bathroom. We had a huge bed and it was super comfy. Staff were lovely and arranged Phare circus tickets for us. Loved the pools, very clean and a nice bar beside the pool. Family loved our stay here and would love to come back.

Pasukan pejabat depan menyambut baik tetapi kemampuan perkhidmatan dapat ditingkatkan. Biliknya bagus dengan pemandangan kolam renang tetapi, anda masih dapat mendengar beberapa kakitangan dari luar bilik anda yang cukup menggembirakan. Perkhidmatan dalam bilik sentiasa tepat pada waktunya. Harga makanan baik-baik saja. Kuantiti makanan restoran sangat bagus memandangkan harga sarapan yang rendah. Kakitangan restoran memerlukan lebih banyak maklumat mengenai apa yang ada di dalam menu mereka. Ini pertama kalinya saya menyediakan sarapan bufet di mana mereka mengenakan cofi khas seperti cappucinno, latte, macchiatto, dan lain-lain. Pemandu tuktuk yang merupakan rakan saya untuk lawatan kuil 2 hari ini sangat mengagumkan. Secara keseluruhan, Damrei adalah hotel yang bagus tetapi masih ada ruang untuk diperbaiki. Bagus!
