Great place with excellent service! Really enjoyed my stay and was able to meet some good people. Really enjoyed the sauna and pool. The breakfast was nice and simple just like I like. The drinks were good and they were really great at setting up tours to Angkor Wat with a guide. Only thing the gym equipment is a bit old. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

The staff customer service is amazing . I would say beyond expectations. They were so accommodating, they allowed us to check in very early as we had morning flight and check out late as our flight was late evening. They would recommend any customised travel itinerary as well as transportation. The breakfast although starts at 6:30am , they arrange it early even at 4am to accommodate our early morning sunrise plan. Thanks a lot.

Service is very good. Breakfast includes American and continental type, additional beef noodle. Coffee is also great I love it. The room hot and cold raining shower is great. Pool is also clean. Car parking is also acceptable.

Gave me a ground floor room. It's a dated room with the air con fixed at the wrong location on top of a cupboard and not direct to the bed. Water was not hot. Requested for another room and gave me a honeymoon suit. Their service is good no doubt. Breakfast very limited. 7 mins walk to pub street. But there are better hotels.

I booked 4 rooms at the Boutique but the immediately moved me to the Golden Temple Residence next door. To be honest, the photos of the ”luxury suite” on my booking at the boutique looked a lot nicer than the room I stayed at next door at the Residence. Staff are super nice and friendly, also the spa is very well priced and offer great services. The pool was super nice, and the staff are there if you want a drink in the pool. The breakfast was also decent, but I think it lacked a lot of main course breakfasts foods.

While staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

Pretty disappointed with the facilities especially the pool . It was so dirty and green . Was told they clean every morning . The breakfast is pathetic compare to the last few nights that we stayed around pub street which is a 4 star hotel not even international brand and cheaper too .Not many people in the hotel and I think that’s why the breakfast has limited varieties . I think I will not pay for this rate as listed as 5 stars hotel . Need to collect the eggs from the counter when is ready . The last hotel I stayed was delivered to the table once is ready . Dare not open the door to the balcony because of mossi too . Therefore you can’t really enjoy the outdoor unless you are fine with the sting . service at the concierge was good and thoughtful . Anyway I won’t pay for this rate if I can’t enjoy the pool nor the breakfast

Extremely clean, comfortable and tasteful rooms, gorgeous pool and delightful decor Close to the markets and Apsara theatre. The dining room and sky bar both produce great local food and western favorites too. Breakfast buffet is massive and fabulous variety of Cambodian and western foods. But the best part was the staff: kind, courteous, fast and efficient. Can't praise this place enough. Thank you.

Memesan hotel ini untuk penginapan 3 malam di Siem Reap. Pengambilan lapangan terbang adalah yang terbaik. Hotel berjarak 10-15 minit berjalan kaki ke Pub street. Pasukan pejabat depan menyambut baik tetapi kemampuan perkhidmatan dapat ditingkatkan. Biliknya bagus dengan pemandangan kolam renang tetapi, anda masih dapat mendengar beberapa kakitangan dari luar bilik anda yang cukup menggembirakan. Perkhidmatan dalam bilik sentiasa tepat pada waktunya. Harga makanan baik-baik saja. Kuantiti makanan restoran sangat bagus memandangkan harga sarapan yang rendah. Kakitangan restoran memerlukan lebih banyak maklumat mengenai apa yang ada di dalam menu mereka. Ini pertama kalinya saya menyediakan sarapan bufet di mana mereka mengenakan cofi khas seperti cappucinno, latte, macchiatto, dan lain-lain. Pemandu tuktuk yang merupakan rakan saya untuk lawatan kuil 2 hari ini sangat mengagumkan. Secara keseluruhan, Damrei adalah hotel yang bagus tetapi masih ada ruang untuk diperbaiki. Bagus!
